We used to go to Bar Louie twice per month before pandemic. (That's why some items in my pictures might not look the same or even available)Tonight was our first time back. We agreed with other reviews about service being not satisfactory. There was a piece of hair in the wings I ordered to go. They were very responsive and immediately offered to replace it. But when I got there, they said they didn’t have my order. Seemed like the person I communicated with by email hadn’t informed the restaurant I was there to get a replacement.Had to wait and explain a couple of times why I was there before I got my order.
