Bar Louie - The Village at Allen

Food was awesome. Really liked everything we ordered. Tots was so crispy and sliders were amazing. Food was served hot and kids menu was also good.

Had dinner at the bar with Andrea she’s such a delight to talk too! Wings were great and she makes the best cocktails!!! Her Diva martini is so yummy!!!!!

We arrived at bar Louie at 11:30am on 03/23/25, for food and drinks, the black lady that was in bar, she told us that we can’t sit on the patio because she’s not feeling good, she was sick and plus she can’t leave the bar, she sounds like she’s from Africa.

Very poor excuse for customer service, if you’re sick stay home. Bar Louie is one of our favorite restaurant, but now not so much.

Unfortunately, they were extremely shorthanded with two servers working the entire packed-out restaurant (except the bartender/bar area). Service was excruciatingly slow, and while we understood the delay somewhat, other tables with 4-8 patrons per table who arrived after us were being served and even finished and left before we ever received our food. While somewhat of an apology was made, nothing was offered to make it right and the manager came out at our request and was unprofessional, didn’t want to listen and wasn’t friendly at all. Being humble and apologetic goes a long way instead of being cold and defensive. We still left the full 20% tip out of grace for the server, but it took over 2 hours for 2 people with a very simple meal order. We won’t be back.

I always have a great experience when coming in BarLouie. Hannah and Emily are the BEST! I appreciate the ladies and the great customer service they’re able to provide when I’m visiting the Fairview location. Keep on providing great service Hannah Montana.. .😀

I was very disappointed today. I ordered a Termana Margarita and there was a bug in there. When I told the waitress, she was non chalant about it and made another one, which is fine, but the 2nd one was terrible. I did not even drink it. The waiter still wanted to charge me and never offer any apology or anything to make it up. Bar Louie used to be a chill place from what I remember, but the Customer Service quality has severely went down. I did not even order food.

ordered the kickin fried chicken to go. Completely burnt to a crisp. Terribly over cooked and everything else was soggy. Worst chicken sandwich I ever had.

Hannah did an amazing job! I love this bar and the food is amazing. I came in for happy hour and the prices are affordable. Cute lil outside patio for this nice weather.
