Wow ordered online and it said it would be ready at 7:02pm finally got my food after waiting there 30 mins and finally asking for my money back. There wasn’t even anyone in the restaurant! It was dead and they couldn’t handle a few call in orders! Just shutdown already and maybe we can get something in there that isn’t incompetent!

My wife and I just had a delicious meal and libations at your establishment! Carolina and Justin were extremely attentive and friendly! So often, customer service is lacking, but not here!! We will definitely come back soon!!

1st let me say this. I will go back. It's just about this past experience. Walked in for Happy Hour at 5ish. Their web said $4.50 Drafts 1/2 off select apps and $4 selected glasses of wine. Only true part was the $5 spinach Artichoke dip. It was Phenomenal!!!!! The Draft beers didn't exist because their CO2 was busted so only bottles were available. So I had to drink a Corona for $6, no happy hour prices. Wifey got a Pinot Grigio oyster Bay glass which is a $12 bottle and a glass was $6, the bottle was open already, I saw where he got it from. The Happy hour menu had No prices anywhere on it. I had to look at there website takeout menu to see prices. The Owners/managers need to figure this business out. Cause the only good thing about this place was the bartenders and spinach dip.

FOOD - All Nighter Burger - Spinach Dip - Calamari - Buffalo Flat Bread On Tuesday nights, Bar Louie has Happy Hour which is probably my favorite time to go. All burgers are served with a side of fries or tots (and ketchup). Overall, the food was pretty decent. The All-Nighter Burger tasted a lot better than it usually did. Not overly greasy and the bacon had a kind of sweet flavor that meshed well with the burger meat and egg. The Spinach Dip was baked well and had a more liquidy consistency. However, I would say that it wasn't too runny which made it taste good. The chips were also very crunchy and fresh. This time the calamari was a little bit disappointing since it was a little on the saltier side, but other than that, it was crispy and decent. The Buffalo Flatbread was also a little on the salty side ( which is probably due to the sauce ) but it was overall crispy and had good buffalo flavor. VIBES This place is called Bar Louie, so there is a bar inside. The lighting is a bit on the dimmer side. There's plenty of seating (you seat yourself when you come in) indoor and outdoor. Tables range anywhere from booth to tables, to taller tables. Definitely a little on the louder side especially closer to the later hours of the day. A good place to spend with friends or family for a get-together in the evening. SERVICE The service was phenomenal. We had Rose (I think that's her name) as our waitress and she was amazing. Very mannered and respectful while always having a smile on her face. She checked on us multiple times throughout and gave us updates on the status of our food. She was also quick to refill our water too! On a side note, when my brother dropped his napkin, one worker from the bar picked it up before my brother could notice and gave us 5 more napkins! Overall, just very attentive, kind staff that heightens the dining experience!

Yikes worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time by far. Took 25 minutes just to get waters, the place was empty except one other table yet barely saw a waitress, food was atrocious none of us even ate half of our meal but were never asked how the food was, took 20 minutes to get back with our cards. 2 and a half hours for what should have been a quick lunch and service should have been way better for how dead it was

Love eating here at Louie's! Their appetizers and happy hour drink specials are the best. My favorite are their blackened shrimp street tacos and a side of fries :)) the wait staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Love the vibe here and will be back.

This is my fav bar in Allen!! Very laid back with awesome bartenders! The food are really really good too. We got calamari, fried pickles and shrimp tacos! Our bartender Justin is very friendly and funny! Will 10/10 come back!!

Wow! Love this place! I have been in Allen all this while and cannot believe this was my first time here. Good ambience, good service, good food and good drinks! I loved the passion and spice drink, jalapeños make such a great addition to a cocktail! Delicious Fried pickles and the artichoke spinach dip. Cannot wait to go back and try more food. The vegetarian options on the menu look really interesting! Highly recommend this place!
