Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Waited 20mins for two normal burger combos. It was dinner time and we were one of the two cars there. The wrong orders and wait times are getting old.

One of the best ice cream shop.. the price is very low with good quality.. I had purchased lot of ice creams but the small cup will be minimum $4 but here it’s $2.5 approximate.. I recommend here rather spending money on other brand.

I have been to BRAUMS numerous times in the past several years at different locations. I have shopped in the Fresh Market for produce, milk (my go to for A2 - high quality at an affordable price), etc. Very convenient. I have eaten Breakfast, Hamburgers, Hot Fudge Sundaes, and more. All good. I have been to this location for everything. No problems until today. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad. It comes with a 6 oz. Cottage Cheese, Croutons, and your choice of dressing. Joshua has always been courteous, professional, efficient, focused, and friendly. He was today as well. Then he went on break. I asked Donovan? for a lime or lemon juice packet for my salad & water. He said he would check on the price of both in the Fresh Market. WHAT? I just paid almost $8 for a salad. BTW, this time the grilled chicken was extremely dry, and the salad was NOT fresh. Other places gladly provide lemon or lime. NO EXTRA CHARGE! Previously this location, as well as all the other BRAUMS, have provided a small lime wedge with my salad. What policy does corporate have in Oklahoma? I'll continue to support BRAUMS, but C'M'ON. I have numerous friends & associates who support BRAUMS, but... What will you do for me BRAUMS? At the very least, provide small plastic packets of lemon or lime juice. FREE! Little things do matter. What say you, BRAUMS?

Nice icecream

Driven by Braums a million times. First time in a decade of visiting Plano and had my first burger here.

It’s on the level of any fast food burger. Crinkle fries are average. Guacamole burger is…fine where the guacamole feels like a premade frozen version. Their chicken finger? Looks like most fast food places. The mushroom bacon double thick patty is definitely better.

However for value? Pretty great. $1.30 plus tax for a small frozen yogurt in a cone? Great. Exchanging your drink for a milk shake with toppings? Great. Buying frozen foods and milk from their retail side? Interesting. My nephew loves their milk. Who knew they sold milk.

Overall, pretty great for a fast food joint.

This Allen location don't be playing when it comes to their ice cream. I ordered the double dip rocky road and vanilla ice cream. They hooked it up with the scoops were huge.
