I had a #2 which the patties tasted like it was old rotted and had been out all day and some raw uncooked fries. Ending up puking & diarrhea the later half of the evening into the AM. Thanks.

Braum's is amazing. It is the best place to get A2 milk and other dairy products, and their burgers aren't bad either. Everyone here is always super helpful and friendly.

The place is dirty (especially the kitchen). I bought a salad and the lettuce wasn't fresh anymore. No visiting this place anymore.

My Husband and I went to this location on 10/31/24. My husband had questions about the menu and the manager looked visibly annoyed. My husband wanted a triple patty burger with a large fry and a large drink which the man said was a #3 which is not what the menu said (not important just part of the story) i ordered a #1 the manager asked if i wanted a large too and i said no. My husband should have checked the receipt when he got it but he didn’t. When we received the food my husband received a medium fry, we immediately went back up the the counter ( we had not even left the building) and asked to exchange it because we had clearly asked for a large for him the manager said it was too late and if my husband wanted a large fry he would have to pay full price. This is clearly against Braums policy which is printed at the bottom of the receipt. “We are proud of the products we offer. however if you are not satisfied with a braums product we will refund your money or replace it. Both product and receipt are required. We had both product and receipt so why were we refused this courtesy??? Worst customer service I have ever received. I hope that manager Reads this I have contacted corporate and because this is a violation of policy by the manager I will not let this go until something is done.

Today the drive through is a disaster. Approx 5 minutes per order. Say 5 cars in line. 30 minutes to get through. And still got my order wrong.

Update. Went to drive through. First in line. Almost no cars in the parking lot. Tuesday night at 9:00. Waited several minutes with no service. Drove off. I’m done with this location.

Best ice cream around

I love Braum’s Ice Cream. I always feel at home when I go to the Allen store with my family. It's our weekly tradition to be there.
