Never disappointing. Their frozen yogurt is delicious. Also, they are the only creamer my trust I’ve seen that offers a huge selection of sugar free ice creams

I always ask for no cherries and they always put them on anyway. Today I asked for no cherries and they gave me 4 and also gave me no spoon to eat with. I had to drive all the way back up there for a spoon and a meaningless apology.

When it comes to finding a good ice cream [and burger] place, Braum's is the place to go!
Its ice cream is everything that good ice cream is supposed to present: excellent quality, great pricing, and creative flavors. As for the burgers, for being fast food burgers, they also have a great quality in taste and pricing.
In their market, I never thought they would have such a generous sales, two pints of ice cream to take home with you for just $7? That is how you make good marketing!
If you live in Allen TX, and are looking for an ice cream of pure joy, this Braum's is the place to go!

Yogurt ice cream taste horrible

1:30 P.M. on a Friday. Waited at the speaker box in the drive through for ~5 min only to realize it was broken. Then parked in front and went inside. There was one person in front of me, standing at the register with his wallet out. I waited in line for 17 minutes (I know because at this point be irritated from waiting in line for so long) while the only employee at the register seemed nod off multiple times while retrieving two scoops of ice cream for the customer. After that customer got his ice cream, the employee proceeded to turn around and stand in front of an empty container with their head down while the customer in front of me stood there waiting to pay. At this point it had been almost a half hour of waiting to get a burger so I left so I cannot say what happened after, but this is completely unacceptable. Braum’s standards are known for being way better than this and I will not be coming back to this location.
