This mom's location has very friendly staff people. It's clean and well kept. The only issue for rating it three stars is the drive-thru experience. Today I went to the drive-thru and I ordered a chicken club sandwich, and I asked them to place a grilled chicken patty on the sandwich instead of the normal crispy chicken patty. When it comes to finding a good ice cream [and burger] place, Braum's is the place to go!
Its ice cream is everything that good ice cream is supposed to present: excellent quality, great pricing, and creative flavors. As for the burgers, for being fast food burgers, they also have a great quality in taste and pricing.
In their market, I never thought they would have such a generous sales, two pints of ice cream to take home with you for just $7? That is...

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened tea. Service was horrible but again they are high school students working here. They barely put any ice. The chicken sandwich was made fresh which was nice but no napkins is a major red flag just shows they don’t care enough. Would come back just avoid drive through.
