I wish it had been a better experience, but it wasn’t. The coffee and the food were cold, and I had to get up from my table to find the coffee pot and serve myself because my waitress didn’t come back to my table until it was time for the check.

Took the family there today and as usual the food was spot on good. Service wasn’t bad at all.
The best part was finding out they hire special ability workers!! Makes my day when companies hire people that allow them to be a part of an establishment like Bread
Winners!! Way to go!!

VERY Disappointed with my experience here!!! We had a party of 13 for my husband’s birthday brunch. And what should have been a great celebration ended up being a dreadful time thanks to Breadwinners in Allen. I had these reservations set for weeks!!! They assigned our large party a new server, it was only here second week there! The service was RIDICULOUSLY slow. It took so long to get ONE cup of black coffee… alcoholic drinks took 30-45 minutes to come out. Our server kept disappearing for literally 30 minutes at a a time, we could not find her anywhere! No drink refills, zero attention for our party. The server was gone so long I once again had to go get the manager. The manager was somewhat nice the first time I told him our server was missing but the second time the manager seemed annoyed with ME… Probably because I stopped him as he was carrying dirty dishes… He seemed very overwhelmed himself. But all of this was happening before they even took our food orders!!!! We finally got to place an order for our food, and the food literally took forever to come out. Kids were crying and whining about how hungry they were. When the food came out, it was not correct. There was no cheese on any of the kids eggs, There was no cheese on my meal, which is supposed to come with cheese….. and my other party guests were saying that this was a very bad experience and it was very embarrassing. Seeing as how we were there to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. Once our food was served, the waitress disappeared again… We were given no refills of drinks no extra napkins. Nobody checked up on us.

The manager came over and checked up one time while the food was being served and asked if everything was OK with the food and I told him at that time that it seemed OK but I wasn’t sure yet… But sure enough if there were things wrong with the food and missing items. We were there for over two hours and most of it was spent waiting around for service. My party guests were not happy when they left, and several of them stated to me that they would not be back to this location.

The food was completely subpar.

Thank you breadwinners for turning a very special family breakfast into a dreadful service experience. I will absolutely never come back to this location and I’m very disappointed. We specifically chose this location because of the upscale part of town and we drove one hour from Waxahachie to come have brunch for my husband’s birthday and this is the experience we got.

When you go, ASK FOR ALYSSA J, she works Saturday//Sunday all day. Amazing service and attention to detail. Our plates came out perfectly with nothing to be sent back. This is the best breadwinners location

We have been here on several different occasions. Love coming on Sundays for brunch. Great food, loved the breakfast enchiladas, great service, our server Daniel was amazing.

I ordered an online lunch order and when I arrived it wasn't ready but I was a few mins early so I didn't mind waiting.They ended up running out the chicken I ordered so they let me sub an item. In addition, the manager who greeted me when I arrived refunded me my money, gave me a free drink, and let me know I was eligible for employee discounts. THIS is how you customer service!! I'll be using that discount a lot! He deserves an award

Dana at the Plano location is an absolute Godsend and such a joy. She brightened up my entire day and made it to where I will be returning just to see her! Well, that and to have more delicious food ☺️
