Extremely expensive for what it is. The only way we can dine there anymore is with a good coupon. They have gone up on their prices after in the past year or so. It's seems a excessive to go up $6 to $8 per meal for just the main course. Everything went up and it wasn't just slightly. They have priced themselves out of the market in my opinion.

Opentable Diner

Most of the food and ambience were excellent at Brio, and the service was very quick. The bread was hard as a rock and impossible to cut. The waiter seemed in a hurry to move us off his table, since we were not dropping a huge amount of money on beverages and side dishes. He was not very welcoming. We may or may not give this restaurant another chance.

Our experience was mediocre. The service was good, the food wasn't that good. Everything else was just OK. The value certainly wasn't there. I ordered a pasta dish that came with sausage and you could barely find the sausage in it. It had about 4-5 small slices of sausage sitting on top, and none throughout. The same with my son‘s Brio Pasta dish with chicken.

Our waitress was very inexperienced and even seemed nervous. I ordered lobster bisque and salad. They both came at the same time! The chief brought out our entrees before I even started my salad. She took them back to bring later. The food overall was good

Had a quiet dinner, our server was friendly and did a great job taking care of us. The menu has a very good range of quality Italian dishes. The food tasted fresh and the portions were solid. We will be back

The food was very good. Everyone in our group enjoyed their dinner. Our waiter was great including answering questions about drinks and timing of food. The downside was we “pre-registered” for priority seating because the restaurant was not doing reservations. This gave us a fall sense of being able to be seated closer to our designated time. We still had to wait an hour to be seated. The “priority seating” process was not managed well at all.

We waited 5 or more minutes to be greeted by our waiter. Once we were acknowledged, the service was great.

Brio is a staple for us for special occasions. Food is always fresh tasting and great! The service is consistently very good.

The service was great and the atmosphere the food just wasn't that great and it was over priced i got the Alfredo with shrimp instead of chicken the only gave me a few little pieces of shrimp and the pasta tasted bland

John was the perfect waiter for our visit, very attentive, friendly, and pleasant. He brought out freash baked bread with large slabs of butter just a short time after we were seated. My in-laws split the lasagna, and then couldn’t even finish their split portions. My wife had the chicken Marsala, and of course, I had to have a few bites. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned to a tee. I had the lasagna and ended up taking the other half home. Top notch food and pleasant atmosphere will make us return soon. Thank you John for taking such fantastic care of us. Happy Thanksgiving to you, the staff, and whom ever is reading this.
