Brio is a very upscale italian restaurant with large portions and a calm atmosphere. We love going there!

2 weeks ago we celebrated my wife's birthday and we had a party of 15. The waitress did his best effort to make sure we had a good time. The kitchen was very slow even though the restaurant was very quiet but the food was very good as always. Definitively we'll continue choosing this nice restaurant for further occasions.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Our entire order of 5 turned out amazing. I’m not kidding you. Our party had a couple of picky eaters and even they loved and enjoyed what they ordered. Ok so we ordered the the bruschetta sampler, three bruschetta styles one style was topped with the butteriest filet. I ordered the chicken limone, it was the juiciest chicken filet on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes topped with the perfect lemon caper cream sauce. Definitely will be back very soon!

It was all downhill from the moment we arrived. We can only assume waiter was very new as we had not seen him before and his poor communication skills led us to believe he perhaps had never served before . Drinks were ordered but no bread was brought while we waited. Waiter came back to take order. We had questions regarding some items on menu which the waiter had no idea on but said he would go check (another reason we deduced he was new as a waiter should be able to answer what a fish comes with or what could be substituted etc) while the waiter goes to talk to the kitchen we remind him about our drinks that had not arrived. Opps sorry yes will get on that. Dinner arrived and 2 of the three meals were unsatisfactory. One was cold. Not sure how possible could be cold but it was and the second dish (lasagna) was undercooked completely. Unfortunately the waiter didn't come back for about 20ms. When we said the food was cold and poor quality he was like a deer in the head lights. He wasn't sure what to do. Eventually he said I'll talk to my manager. We watched as he walked over to talk with the manager who was in fact only about 30feet away from the table we were sitting at. He looked bothered that the waiter was interrupted him as he was sitting eating food. He had been eating for 45 minutes which we thought was bizarre also as we had noticed him earlier. Anyways they spoke and about 5 minutes later the waiter came back with the check in had and said they had comped the side dish of mashed potatoes. I just stared and was like I'm sitting here hungry thinking at minimum the manager would have come over and said how can we make it better? What can we bring yuh to eat instead as the food was still on the table. No we were just left the check. No food or even asked did we want dessert? Oh when he came to get payment I was like take it back because we have been charged for the drinks we ordered and never arrived. Remember the drinks that I reminded you about twice?

Came here for my birthday, not power dressed and they assumed we were food delivery service and immediately directed us to the pick up counter. That made it uncomfortable. Not coming back anymore. Food was good, but ive eaten in better restaurants here and abroad. Bread was served after appetizer. Drink refill not offered.

very loud inside. having a nice relaxing dinner with my wife, and I could not talk to here as noise level was loud.

Went here before Homecoming with 15 people, food was good and quick to arrive! Easy to split the bill across that many people and everyone enjoyed! Wouldn't let us sit down until 9-10 people arrived and waited to bring us bread and take our orders until everyone was there, but understandable.

We love Brio. One of our go to restaurants. We especially like their patio. Never ordered anything we didn't like. Our favs are bruschetta, chopped salad, pork chops, and steak medallions.

Our waitperson could have been more attentive. Broccolini was so hard my knife couldn't cut it.
Great food and ambience. Excellent service may be a bit slow but definitely cheerful people.

Our first time eating at this establishment this evening. We specifically drove from Rockwall to Allen. Some foods were a hit and some a miss. Our server was great. However, we will not be returning. A young lady was cleaning the top of the bar ledge and our booth was lower than the ledge. She sprayed cleaning solution on the ledge, it sprayed on our food. My husband asked her kindly to stop cleaning until we were finished eating and explained the solution was sprayed on our food. She was mad and picked up a wine bottle directly behind my daughter-in-laws head and slammed it down!! Then stormed off!! We did not ask for the manager and did not tell our server. We asked for our check and left. I have never seen this type of behavior at any restaurant before to say the very least. The wine bottle could have broken because of her anger issue and my daughter in law would have been seriously hurt.

Went to Brios tonight with my fiancée- we both really enjoyed the eggplant and shrimp appetizer- the black pepper cream sauce was really flavorful and paired perfectly with the shrimp. My fiancée got the shrimp and scallop risotto (which was made with that same black pepper sauce) and I had the Chicken Milanese.The Romano chicken in the Chicken Milanese was the star of that dish- definitely recommend getting any dish that has that chicken in it! Great food- great service- definitely going back!
