Love their pizza

Cashier was terrific and very friendly. Deep dish pizza good but not as thick as a real Chicago deep dish like Lou Malnottis or even Unos chain in Florida. But I enjoyed it and was very cheesy.
Italian beef sandwich good but as I just recently had one in Atlanta the bun was not a thick, crusty hoagie bun. It was crisp on outside but got wet very quick. Meat was full of flavor.

This restaurant used to serve the best authentic chicago pizza in the area, however my most recent visit was disappointing.
I ordered a deep dish lion's choice and when I brought it home and started to bite into it, I realized that it did not have the fork and knife consistency that it used to have. I was able to eat each slice with my hands. Also, the cheese did not have the same melty consistency as it used too have. I am hoping that there has not been a change in ownership.

Unfortunately after this experience, I will not be returning.

Unfortunately disappointing and I should have listened to the other reviews.

The sausage they use is good and the input materials quality is high but that’s about it.

The sauce has way too much sugar or sweetness but my biggest gripe is the crust. It is far too dense and is honestly terrible. It’s like thick cardboard and lacks flavor and missing key ingredients for standard deep dish.

The shop might have roots in Chicago and claim there are many types of Chicago styles but this is NOT what most people consider Chicago deep dish. It is not like any of the known joints: Lou Malnati's, Giordano's, Pequod's Pizza, or Gino's East.

If it wasn’t for the sauce being so sweet their basic pizzas are probably good.

The search continues for me.

Regularly order here on door dash. Excellent deep dish, very hearty as a Chicago slice should be.

I stopped by Chicago’s Original and was absolutely blown away! The Italian beef sandwich with mozzarella was next-level—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor in every bite. The garlic cheese bread was the perfect side—crispy edges, melty cheese, and that rich garlic punch. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. You can tell they take pride in their food. This place is a true gem—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Best Chicago style pizza in DFW, try the thin crust with Italian sausage. You won’t be disappointed!

I've heard of Chicago pizza and being wanting to try it. Drove to this place only to discover that it's take out only, I guess that's the way they do it Chicago.

Our family was excited to try this place since it's a treat to order food, but the crust was disappointing.

My husband ordered a thin crust and the kids and I ordered a deep dish.

The deep dish pizza was as thick as the thin crust pizza and chewy.

After spending $72 on two pizzas (included a $5 tip for our pick-up order), I wouldnt recommend it, especially if you're expecting a thick pizza base and crust.

We were in the area on a business trip from Galveston & found this place on Maps, 5 miles from our hotel.
We are originally FROM Chicago - so we had HOPES it would be close to what we grew up on.
We ordered pizza and two Italian Beef. Had a little of both due to time and placed rest in cooler.
This was the CLOSEST to bona-fide Chicago Pizza we've had.and they even cut it in squares. 9/10.
The Italian Beef - 10/10!
Only drawbacks are they opened 20 minutes late - and nowhere to dine-in..
WILL be back when we're in area again.
