How come this is the second time I get to my job and I got the wrong food. It clearly says on my receipt chicken minis. I opened it up and it’s a freaking biscuit meal. Chick-fil-A used to be the brand not anymore. I have to find somewhere else to get my breakfast. I know it may seem like a small thing to some people but to me it makes a difference. It’s a different bread. It’s a different everything like this is crazy. I want my money back to take it to spend somewhere else. 😩

I don’t usually leave negative reviews for fast-food places, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I purchased two chicken sandwiches from this location, and both were completely spoiled—brown meat with a horrible taste. I tried to address this issue with the management through three follow-up calls, but instead of showing concern for food quality or customer experience, they treated me as if I was just trying to get a free meal.
This lack of courtesy and accountability is unacceptable, especially when food safety is involved. Because of this experience, my family and I have decided that a good New Year’s resolution for 2026 will be to stop patronizing Chick-fil-A altogether. We simply cannot risk getting sick due to negligence and greed.

Went through the drive thru this morning. Ordered 1 chicken mini entree and a medium coke. As I was pulling up, it seemed very chaotic in the drive and mobile thru drive in. Orders were wrong and brought back. Three people working the lines. When it came time to pay and as I drove off, I looked in my bag and received a hash brown and medium coke. I do not eat hash browns. They charged me for a meal which was more than what I asked for. So, I got to work, threw the hash browns away, and sipped on my coke for breakfast. I have been going to this restaurant for 10 years and have never seen such a mess this morning.

Apparently they renovated and got rid of the awesome playground which is the only reason we choose this place over other restaurants for our kids. They still allow pics of the playground on Google Maps though. Great decision CFA. Enjoy the 2 stars.

ordered a lemonade yesterday, it was the only thing i ordered, yet somehow they think it was ok to give me one with so much pulp i had to bring it home and strain it out with a strainer to remove most of the pulp. there was so much that after i strained it, i had an entire handful of pulp left in the strainer, and the drink lost about a quarter to a third of its total volume. this is beyond excessive.

Came in traveling with my family through Texas . Great week ! On the way home unanimously we decided to stop and eat . Blended bi- racial family . As we were ordering from one attendant, this older heavy set woman tried to single the black people out from our group and ask “ is some one helping you ?” It was weird because clearly we all came in together, but she had to cut the guy off that was talking to us to do it . We just looked at her , ordered, talked about it while we ate then left . It definitely wasn’t like the cool Chik fil A s on the commercials !

The number of staff is more than needed resulting in quick service; UNLIKE the no order service at McDonald's.
