I just ordered 12 mixed chicken & gizzards and was really disappointment. Did not receive the gizzards luckily was not charged. Fried was stale. Some chicken was over cooked (not fresh). Food was not even hot. Poor poor customer service. Will not be returning back to this location for sure.

Ordered three 7 piece chicken tender meals, one spicy, one half spicy and half regular and a regular one. Paid 53 dollars. Got home had barely 5 pieces of the spicy tenders. Chicken did not seem fresh at all. Potatoes only half of a small cup, looked like someone ate the other half, soon chicken had skin off of it! We usually always go here! It was terrible this time, threw over half the food away because it was not good! Won't be going here anytime soon again!!

Normally this is a fabulous place to dine and eat but when there's different service between different shifts...it makes it hard for people to regularly dine here. I can't stand it when the workers "knowingly " serve you overcooked/overheated food that they wouldn't eat themselves on their breaks...this establishment gets a whole complete F as a grade towards their service and poor young management...?

Chicken is always on point, fresh and delicious. Been going here for years and never had less than excellent service and the food prices are still a bargain. Golden Chick and Popeyes should take notes. Chicken Express can't be beat in the Allen area.

Check your order be for you leave they will not give you your complete order. My recipe is correct. Called the store and there is nothing they can do unless you drive pack there. Manger lied and said that he could not do a refund over the phone. Know someone that worked there for years and said that they can do a refund they just do not like to. Food is so over priced you think that keeping your customers would be important...guess not and you just lost me forever.

My overall experience has been good, but some things have changed and not for the better, such as price and food quantity. I get food prices goes up over time, but didn't know that the food quantity goes down and on top of the fact that its in TX of all places. I ordered the 7 express tender meal, but still felt hungry afterwards.
