Been coming here since they opened this location up. New crew has got to go. They’re always trying to close 20/30 even 40 minutes early sometimes. Saw this one girl literally flip off my car when I pulled in at 9:40….. they don’t close till 10. She’s the worst of the crew there as of now. I’ve been going a mile and a half down to McDermott just to avoid giving these clowns my money.

I used to love chipotle. Now the value is gone. Meat servings are so minimal its a joke. Steak is 50% Grassley.

I usually get the barbacoa tacos but my husband and daughter usually get the bowl. Their bowls are usually luke warm so they always want to take it home because they feel the need to pop into the microwave.
This location seems to have better quality than McDermott but the staff here seems to be in a bad mood or maybe just not friendly at all. They used to be much friendlier before.

This place has gone downhill. The staff did not greet us for several minutes. We just stood there at the counter while two people did other things. They mostly talked to themselves or friends that were there. It felt awkward and uncomfortable. Many empty booths but all were dirty. Very loud talking by staff. Likely will not be back even though food was good.

Embarrassingly stingy with the serving size. The fajita veggies aren’t exactly a hot ticket item and I’m paying 12 bucks for a burrito please give more than 4 pieces of onion and bell peppers. Employee’s work hard and are friendly though.

We ordered chicken bowl and she is just pretending to hear me And she just put 80% of the bowl with rice Nothing much other that rice

I purposefully try to avoid this location because of how skimpy they are with their portions. I accidentally picked this location on the map and got 3 bowls and all of them were 1/3-1/2 portions of meat compared to other chipotles. About 8 pieces of chicken in one of my bowls. I’m extremely dissapointed and will never be coming back. Their service isn’t the kindest either. Very stern almost like they are annoyed.
I go to Chipotle once or twice a week. This location was a first. Employees never looked at us and instead were goofing off. I got hard skimped on rice which never happens and the other products didn't look a fresh as other chipotles. Had to wait on employees to stop goofing around together before they could check out the order as well as getting little Caesars pizza delivered directly over the food line while customers were here. Rather make the drive to go to El Dorado as their service is preem.
Editing now to realize at home they were soo busy goofing off that they charged me for large chips but didn't give any, that's a first.

i kid you not even if i ask for extra they would act like they never heard me. i ask for extra rice and they would pick up a good scoop, but then shake off half of it and then out it into my bowl. i even said please each time but they dont even say anything back, and not even a Hi or any greeting when you walk in. they act like the food comes out of their paycheck, if i ask for extra, then just give it. Its your job, and IM the one paying for MY food.

I ordered a bowl on my lunch break with double chicken and veggies. I asked for double veggies but the lady kept refusing to give me more veggies. I thought the veggies were free? And the chicken is burnt. I went in and asked for a remake of the bowl and The chicken is still burnt. I paid $15.75 for burnt chicken :(

the “manager” was plain rude. wouldn’t give me her name, she was Ethiopian and had an accent. she kept murmuring under her breath even after i asked someone else to make my bowl.
