My husband and I decided to dine in as we usually get it to-go. I got a veggie bowl and he got the barbacoa tacos and chips. Everything and I mean everything tasted like it had a handful of salt in it. We both left feeling sick after our meal.

One of the WORST experiences me and my husband have ever had.We are avid chipotle goers, absolutely love their food and have never had an issue.We were on our way home from my husband parents house and had planned to stop and get food from Chipotle on the way. We looked up the nearest one on google and it told us they closed at 10pm.My husband was out of the car and at the door at 9:52pm. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve worked in the service industry before and it’s annoying when customers walked in at the last minute but never have I turned ever someone down. It would’ve made the company look bad.They had the doors locked, and completely ignored us as if they didn’t see us. So my husband got back to the car and told me they were closed 8 minutes early apparently. So I told him to get me a number for the manager in charge, as I’d like to understand why they are closing down early on a weekend. THAT is when they started waving at us to leave as if we were nothing but a mere inconvenience to them. Kinda crazy because it’s our money that keeps them paid and have jobs but that’s a different discussion for another day.I took photos and have uploaded them to corporate. I hope Chipotle reprimands their employees and teaches them to treat other people with kindness and not diminish their brand so people like them, can still have jobs.I have attached the photos so hopefully management can get better employees. ??

Guy at register needs to learn how to put bowl in a bag. I am eating jambalaya at this point.Finishing it , taste is good but very little portion of chicken compare to other chipotles.

Walked in and didn't get acknowledged for several minutes. There were 5 other people there and we all looked at one another in disbelief. Thanked the young lady who came out of nowhere to acknowledge me after being there for a while. But everyone had an attitude. Would rather drive to a different location to get better customer service.

This place deserves better rating. We have eaten at several locations in Collin county and service/food was just as good as others. For Sunday lunch there was a steady stream of dine-in and take out customers.

Am I crazy or did I really bite into a crunchy ass leaf out from my burrito...this is horrible service. There needs to be a quality check done ASAP and better performance from employees for letting this slide.

This Chipotle's customer service has not improved, but the food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant were much better than a year ago. I still prefer the location in Allen off McDermott. It took too long to get through the line and the people working looked like they hated their jobs.

Horrible experience at this location. The manager, Berenice, took care of me. From the get go she was not friendly. Which is fine, I get some people suffer from RBF but I asked her for extra rice and extra beans. She immediately had an attitude. Acting as if she was paying for it. I said double chicken and then a lot of corn and sour cream all while giving me attitude. At the end she gave me the most small amount of cheese someone could get and I asked for more on the side. She said I would have to pay for that so I asked for more on my bowl. She gave me a small pinch of cheese as if it came out of her paycheck. In a perfect world, she would be fired but I just want her to learn a lesson and give the people what they pay for instead of stealing from them.

Food taste good, but the old lady who does fillings the toppings from meat, fajitas and cheese is just rude, i mean she doesn't seems to be happy working there. She is rude to customers and try to checkout people by giving small portion. Chipotle have to work a lot in customer service. just two stars rating just because of awful customer service
