Dine in buffet isn’t bad, but the last 2 times I ordered online I’ve shown up only to be told the order didn’t go through. They are able to look it up in the system and have then made the pizza but it kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for pickup. The 2nd time it happened I was told it was due to a Wi-Fi issue. You would think a company would work to resolve a known issue like this but apparently not.1/2/22 - Response to owner:I’ve already spent enough of my time waiting on my pizza’s and leaving my review. I’m not going to spend anymore of my time relaying the same message up the chain. That’s your job.

204 Greenville Ave. Allen When it comes to eating at a place, Cleanliness is the most important factor. If the dining side is nasty, I wonder how the kitchen and the back is. The restaurant was Dirty. Dirty tables, dirty floors. I ordered a pizza and it barely had ingredients in it. On top of that, one of the employees was cleaning his nose with a towel, behind the serving line!!! Definitely, not my favorite place anymore!

I wish I good give no stars!! It was horrible here. The pizza was not fresh. I had my 4 kids here!! 6,5,3, and 8 months old. There was red ants everywhere!! Ants take a while to get there. That means the food that was all on the floor was sitting for long periods of time. Ants were crawling up my infants stroller we had to move tables 2 different times, but barely had tables to choose from because they were all dirty. I love cicis but my appetite was ruined. When I told the staff about the filth and bugs. They looked at me told me they will get someone to clean it and it took them a good 15 minutes. My significant other had to stare them down just to get them to clean because the girl wanted to be in her phone instead of help her customers. It was so disgusting my daughter thought there was ants on her food. Like seriously. This is a lawsuit! I want my money back. I disgusted and feel so disrespected. Don't even get me started in the bathrooms. How are y'all still open. I'm going to corporate on you guys! Contacting everyone. Ants crawling up my babies stroller is ridiculous if I wasn't paying attention it would've got on him! Horrible, just horrible!!

Went in and immediately didn't feel right about the service, we had a free drink on the app and she still charged for one when we didn't specify that we wanted an extra cup. Left it on the counter, pizza was mismatched and dry. And just looked left out? I understand food waste but who wants to eat that? I just had a salad and not even that was "fresh" come on now. You guys have one job and it's to serve up front decent food. Gross!!

i only give this place 2 stars cause the kid in me just loves cici’s but the grown me says “wtf!? this place is nasty!!!” the buffet was full of old dry pizza and even if the food were amazing the scene of dirt, old food and grime everywhere is sure to make you lose your appetite. my advice to the owner is to do a nice deep cleaning throughout this entire restaurant!!! i will say however, the guys working were very polite and likely just not paid enough to clean the filth.

Called to order 2 pizzas before I got there on break. Only took 10 minutes to bake, then we ate delicious pizza. Always nice & helpful service everytime I visit.

Came to eat at 430. Pizza was ok. But cleanliness of place is not. It was not busy at all. There was not a clean table to sit at. Soda all over the floor. No tea made. FOUR STAFF MEMBERS huddled up together at the register on their phones. This use to be our favorite cicis. We should have went to mckinney.
Just a bunch of minor kids making pizza don't know what's going on and don't know what they're doing do not come in at this place.

I order a pizza but it was nasty, the crust was so bad and only small part has cheese and very little portion too small size, i call a manager to claim it but the manager did not respond in friendly way Another time we went for the buffet but they were only busy with orders and we have to wait for a very long time until they make a new one I dont recommend this place at all

At 1130 am there were hardly any pizzas ready. The salad bar did not have any ranch dressing. Asked an employee and his response was they don’t have any. My son loves the pasta but unfortunately they did not have any ready at 1137 am. Employees looked like high school kids taking their time.

Not even deserve a one star review. Arrived at this place at 8:44 with family to seat in the lobby and order food. In spite of plenty of food and stuff in buffet, Chris, refused to serve us and mentioned that we don’t serve food because we close at 9:00. The website says closing time at 10:00 PM. And we drove 7 miles to get to this place. I know this comes from lack of ethics, moral and social responsibility to serve the society. Never recommend this place to anyone.

Do not come here !! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I started with a salad and the bell peppers were sour. Then went on to get pasta so no pasta as you can see in the pictures. So still having my hopes up went on to get pizza , well guess what no pizza. Worst Cicis I have ever gone to. I waited for ranch for over 5 min. Place was empty no excuses.
