Excellent attitudes and great service. Didn't know they added butter pecan to the menu! Was definitely a wonderful surprise mixed with their great customer service, top tier. Def 10/10 highly recommend

I ordered an ice cream cake for my sister for her birthday (her favorite flavor is Cheesecake Fantasy so I got cheesecake ice cream, yellow cake layer, blueberry/strawberry/graham crackers mix in with Oreo frosting, a graham cracker crust, and strawberries on top. So amazing so yummy. Needed a custom cake last minute and they were able to work with me and it turned out amazing. I believe it came out to be $37 including tax.

None of the workers were wearing gloves, touched the waffle cones, the apple and the chocolate, when we said we didn’t want to pay for the ice cream that they touched with BARE HANDS another worker said “I will remake it” and then proceeded to do the exact same thing. We walked out.

A few weeks ago my son got me a root beer float. It looked like what is in the picture. I went tonight and I got nothing like the picture. Really wouldn’t be a big deal, but that was 9$ dollars. When I asked she acted like she didn’t speak English. She seemed bothered and would rather be in her phone. I can get one from Sonic for far Less and from nicer people.

We ordered a birthday cake for our son Micah from Cold Stone Creamery, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We came in the same week we needed the cake, and Asia along with her staff went above and beyond to make it happen. The cake looked amazing, tasted incredible, and made Micah’s birthday so special. The service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Thank you Asia and team for delivering such a wonderful cake and memory for our family. Five stars all the way!

The ice cream isn't bad, but there are certaintly multiple health violations. Theres mold on the ceiling, the workers didn't wear gloves, the work bench hadn't been cleaned, blenders sat dirty, and the place is just shabby in general. Overall, needs an inspection...

My husband did an online order and paid for four gotta have it size signature creation ice creams. When he picked them up they looked fine. However once we started to eat them we discovered that they had added an extra ingredient into all of them without asking and said that that ingredient was free. Like we should have been thanking them for adding it at no cost. But, unfortunately it was something that we didn’t like.They are fortunate that we were not allergic to the dyes in the candy. Even after taking out that added ingredient the ice cream that touched it tasted like it. So, considering it was well over $50 He had to get in traffic and drive all the way over to the store to try and resolve the matter. The woman that waited on him was rude and huffy and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She simply made my husband wait for her to remake them. Rude and terrible customer service. We have gone to Cold Stone for many years. We will no longer go there Ice Cream.
me and my sister came into the shop, astonished to see that there was mold all over the ceiling and it smelt like a high school bathroom. we ordered an ice cream in a bowl and we noticed that there was a hair in the ice cream. we asked for it to be remade and instead of entirely remaking it they just threw out only the ice cream and use the same exact cup.. I just felt so weird because this is a health code violation and I have worked in the food industry before and this would have not passed by anywhere else. When we showed the manager the ice cream, she just shrugged. they also were acting like we were Karen’s or something even though we just found a literal hair in our food, but we successfully got our refund eyes

As soon as I entered I noticed they not only have an ice cream section but also a frozen yogurt section. I ordered a “Just Dough It”, which was cookie dough, chocolate chips, and sugar crystal, which in a cone. The cones are quite big though, it’s really meant for a large scoop instead of a medium scoop like I took. The ice cream was delicious though. Very creamy, not silky but rather sticky and stretchy; clearly it was of high quality. Would recommend.

I happen to taste two flavors here the basic chocolate and vanilla flavors where nothing wrong could happen, and I didn't like either of them. Any store bought ice-cream would be way better than here.
