I ordered my meals online. I arrived at the Allen location to pick up my dinner. The bar tender walked past me at least 2 times. I sat and waited for at least 5 minutes. After the bar tender hugged and kissed someone who had been leaving, attempting to leave but she continued talking about them for 5 minutes, she asked what I needed. I told her that I wanted to pickup my dinner that I ordered, she passed me off to a young waitress that brought my dinner out. I had ordered 2 dinners and 2 banana cream pies. I got home and the pies were just blobs of vanilla custard. The was no bananas, cream, or pie of any kind. I will return the custard blobs tommorow. And I will not return to this establishment. Horrible customer service.

As part of the community in management in the village of allen, the staff at cottin patch is fantastic and i highly recommend dining here and for sure ask for krissy. She is awesome and always smiling and it makes the experience that much better considering the food is also awesome.

Had lunch with two wonderful great friends! The food was very good, although our service at this restaurant on this date was not fully up to par. I feel the server probably had too many tables to take care of and that limited their time taking care of us. It’s OK, I am in the customer service industry and I understand this issue. We will be back!

It was a disaster. My family went to celebrate my birthday there were eight of us in all. When we got there the place was not very crowded. It took us an hour and a half to be served. Every single order was wrong.

There is a couple of waitresses in there that are so sweet.. I wish I could remember all if there names.. I know one of their names is Hailey.. when I was looking for a place in Athens I came down here and stayed in a hotel for a week.. Everyday I would go to the Cotton Patch and have Hailey serve me.. Hailey and I just connected and that was three months ago.. To this day I walk in and everyone know if Hailey is there then they sit me with her.. of all the Cotton Patchs around by far this one personally is the best because of the Manager.. I personally have never talked to the Manager so I don't even know who it is.. The other two waitresses that I can describe are awesome are she has really short hair and is older.. very pretty.. and the other one is older and has blonde hair and I think she wears glasses.. thank you Cotton Patch in Athens for having such a great place to eat.. keep up the great work..
