My order was messed up twice. I ordered a double hamburger with just meat and bread. The first time, it came with cheese. The second time, it had onions on it. Their solution was to scrape the onions off and hand me the same sandwich. I asked for a refund after the extremely rude front desk worker informed me that I should've just ordered a children's burger (but they only come as singles). For what I ate, I was not impressed.
Additionally, the chili cheese dog my girlfriend ordered was cold, with the cheese never melting.

Every time I order plain cheese burger for my kids, they end up doing that to all the burgers. Happened yesterday as well, even when the receipt clearly states the correct order. They just don’t care

Thought I was ordering a smash burger known to be cooked well done and crispy. I just bit into a severely undercooked burger and their response was “Oh, I’ll let our cook know.” Not pleased and praying there wasn’t salmonella running rampant in the beef.

Very expensive for a very mediocre burger. The fries were pretty much the most basic fries you could ask for, and given the $24 for a burger, fries, and drink price tag, it made them taste extra bad. Service was fine, but nothing special. The quality of the burger for the price you pay for it was the main disappointment.

Lady at the front counter and was extremely rude I originally asked for a house sauce and a honey mustard. After I got my try I noticed both sauces were missing. I went back to the counter and she gave me two sauces ( I didn’t look at them) upon review they were both wrong!!!! She then slammed the correct sauces on the ground. Food was cold (frozen chicken) horrible experience so 3 times going back for a correct suace. Not to mention it was $20 for 3 frozen tenders

Been coming to this place for months, watching sports and using the simulator bays. Crave was great when we started coming, and now every time we order here, it’s a 30-minute wait for a burger and fries.
