Go to the one on K Ave in Plano. This is the.worst.DQ.ever. Drive thru orders often take 30+ minutes and something is always wrong or missing. Last time I was there for an online order they were out of an item, but said their system could not refund me. What…? Five bucks down the toilet. And there’s obviously a bot responding to the terrible google reviews; they all say the same thing. 🙄 Allen deserves better!

I go to Dairy Queen for one thing-chicken fried steak fingers. But they gave me chicken strips. If I hadn’t already spent 15 minutes in the drive-through and wasn’t so tired, I would go inside and wait to cook my steak. At least the chicken fingers were good, but I sure would’ve liked my steak fingers.

I was shocked when the drive thru employee informed me that though they could not tell customers they would accept a tip when they placed the order at the speaker, that they were allowed to tell customers they would accept a tip at the window when receiving their order. Hint, hint. I told the employee I would keep this in mind next time. Is this customary at all Dairy Queens?
I ordered a Belt Buster (a double) with cheese, no mustard. Ordered online for pick up in the drive through. Got home to find a single patty burger, no cheese, with mustard. I'm not sure how much more wrong my order could have been. You'd think an online order would eliminate the possibility of missing or mishearing a request, but apparently not.

Sharon was wonderful. Her bubbly personality made our visit great. Food was really good as well. It was first time coming for $1 Taco Tuesday. The Tacos were filled well and had a nice flavor. We will definitely come back again.
We rarely eat inside. Usually go through drive thru. They were definitely having some service issues tonight focusing on drive thru. Orders didn't come out together. Food was still really good. Hopefully just an off night for them .
