So slow in service. To give order it took awhile for anyone to come to take our order. My large chocolate dip cone wasn’t made good. While waiting I finished the cone while waiting for the rest of my order. The cone was stale as well. Be a long while returning to this dq.

Only 5 cars in front of us but it took nearly 25 minutes to order and get our food. The quality was sub par combined to other DQs in the area. Worth the drive to a farther store for better quality and service.

Stopped by last evening ( never been here before) we usually go to Braums. We ordered banana splits with hot fudge only. They made us sundaes. A communication error. No big deal. We took the sundaes, got home there was about a teaspoon of hot fudge. No whip cream, no cherrie no nuts. I would have much rather had less ice cream with toppings and the fudge …. Never going back.
Didn’t bother making anymore steak finger at 9pm…pathetic

Very slow its been 30 minutes we are waiting for just tow banana splits its not that busy they can't handle the customers with few staffs very disappointed and not just use seen atheist three elderly people got mad at them for being late

Danielle Torres has received multiple complaints from customers due to her rude and unhelpful behavior. She does not make an effort to resolve customer issues and often dismisses their concerns, leading to a decline in customer satisfaction. When the manager isn’t around, she doesn’t focus on her job.
