I just received an order from dairy queen through grub hub tonight. The chicken basket was disgusting. The chicken was old and I could not bite into it. The bread was hard as a rock. There was only a handful of fries. I cannot believe they would even serve that to anyone. Thank God I ordered twice and got 2 shakes and a blizzard I drank one of the shakes and had theJr. Burger I was going to eat the next day. I will not eat at this location ever again!

Do not eat here unless you want extreme food poisoning.
The lady who took my order at the drive-through admitted, when I got to the window, that she had simply marked my burger as having no toppings, rather than taking my order as I had given it: a hunger-buster burger with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. She then asked me again what I wanted, and then gave me a burger with lettuce and pickles. If people are going to work the drive-through, they need to be able to follow directions and take orders correctly.

I love their ice cream cakes! And the decorator was so good and helpful.
I grab lunch from this location at least once a week, and they are always very friendly and fast with service! Claire & Muhammad are very kind at the window! Highly recommended if you need a quick lunch

This location is filthy. The manager, Amber, is completely incompetent. I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday that was not ready at the scheduled pickup time because she "didn't have time" to make it. I wasn't notified even though she had my phone number and knew that it was for a birthday on the day I was picking it up. She wasn't there when I went to pick it up. The employee that helped me was very nice and apologetic. They didn't have any chocolate chip cookie dough cakes made (which was all my Mom wanted for her birthday) so I was given a chocolate extreme one for half off and decorated pretty bad but he tried. The cake, however, tasted totally freezer burnt and was way too rich for my family. I will never go to this location again. I rather drive out of my way to Plano.

Don’t take my order if you can’t make it in a timely fashion! We were sitting and waiting for 15 minutes until they even started our order. Our ice cream treat Order placed at 2:17, received at 2:36.

Overall was ok. But the smell when you walk in the door is not a pleasant smell at all. I have went back several times and the smell was still there so was not a one off thing. I could not stand the smell so I took my blizzard and ate it in the car . Please please find out what is causing the inside to snell like a rotten fishy snell please .
