Amazing!!! The service was wonderful and the sweet lady at the counter had the most kind smile! The Kimchi Jjigae was probably the best I have ever had. The Kimchi tasted fresh and homemade, along with their other side dishes. My mother said that the egg rolls were the best she has ever eaten as well! The Japchae is also a great choice, very flavorful and the bulgogi was perfect. I could not recommend this place enough, it deserves every star possible. If you are in Plano and looking for Korean food, I would suggest Dawon over any other place for sure.

First time experience here and I was highly pleased with the options of the menu along with the calm quiet atmosphere within the establishment is clean and you self serve yourself when it comes to water and utensils which I don’t mind at all. There are many options I would definitely come back to try more dishes from this place. Everything is fresh and tasty , i got the tdobookie dish with cheese and ramen and a side of kimchi very fresh and tasty (10/10). The young lady behind the counter was very nice and informative

Absolutely delicious! I lived in South Korea for five years and am a huge Korea. Food fan because of that. I was craving 된장찌개 (soybean paste stew) after a long work week. My mom and I both enjoyed our meal so much. The side dishes were delicious and there were so many. The stews were so yummy and comforting and the kimchi pajeon was one of the best I’ve had in DFW. 100/10 would recommend for affordable, delicious Korean food in the McKinney/Allen area. The staff is so nice too!

Had a great dinner here with my wife! We had a chicken bento box and bulgogi bento box, and everything in them was superb. We also really enjoyed the chicken egg rolls. We will be back!
