Usually the servers are good at this place but today was the worst! To start off, Two tables that were seated after us had their orders taken before us. I ordered all bacon, no sausage and was given sausage. The waitress said she would bring me 2slices of bacon and never did. Never came over to refill my coffee or ask if we needed anything. Maybe she was new but if so, Brittany H needs more training.

Went in to see if there was a wait. The hostess asked if it was dine on or carryout (which I replied dine in). I tell my children to come on in. We all get inside and the exact same hostess then tells us they are closed! How are they closed less than 1 minute later, with their doors unlocked and other people dining in and people exited as we were coming in?! Sketchy as ever! I don't know if she was lazy as hell and lying or if was due to our melanated group.

This Denny’s has been COMPLETELY REMADE. It has become THE BEST DENNY’S I have ever experienced. I truly don’t think I can ever eat in any other Denny’s! The ingredients were so fresh and everything my family ordered was delicious! Service was beyond wonderful! Food was delivered very quickly! PERFECT

Beware ordering from Denny's Restaurant in Allen. Last week, I was getting over a serious illness when I decided to order a sandwich and salad from Denny's to be delivered to my home. This is the salad the young lady sent with the delivery. If you look closely, you can see the cucumbers are rotting and there are mold spots on the sides and the lettuce is old. I phoned Denny's and got the girl who packed my order and she said she would have the manager phone me for a refund. No call ever came. Please note: This was not an error on the part of the delivery service. They have a tracker that shows you when they arrive at Denny's and when they leave with your order. The young lady deliberately sent that rotting salad to my home. Check your order before accepting it. As for me, I don't think I can eat at Denny's any more.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. We were driving all the way from Galveston to Oklahoma. We wanted a good meal before we spent 4 more hours on the road. We came in at 9:06 it was really slow. Only one other table was there. We asked for lemons in our drinks did not get them until we were already done with our waters. We asked for refills more than 5 times. Did not get one refill for over an hour. We ended up not getting any refills. We got HALF of our food 50 minutes later. The bacon was cold. The sausage looked old and burnt. Still no refills* we had to ask our waitress multiple times for our missing food and she kept forgetting. Had to ask at least more than 3 times. We still never got our missing food. There is no reason for half of our food to still be missing for over an hour with only two tables in the entire restaurant. I had hungry kids with us and half meals did not satisfy. NOT ONE MANAGER WAS THERE! Our waitress was trying to hard as to why the food was wrong or why it took so long and did not just give us our food. Customer service line was not available. Worst experience. I wouldn’t even rate one star for that.
I was in the restaurant last Saturday. Loralei was my server. She was very polite and caring. Brought my drink out right away, took my order and received my order within 20 minutes. Waitress was very attentive. Would highly recommend.

Both were from the same couple, who rushed their children out of the restaurant after yelling at the waitress to “hurry the F up and make our shake to go, and get me my check.” After finding them gone, the waitress continued working hard, through her tears, providing the best service she could.
