I usually order delivery, but now that I realized how close they are, I ordered pickup. That place is super busy. They had like 10 people in the kitchen. The food is always on point.

I have always liked this dominos. In fact we order from them all the time. Very large orders. Today I recommended it to a staff member who received the pizza as well done. But the pizza was burnt the cheese was barely edible I ate half a slice and gave a slice away the other person immediately spit it out and threw it away. My staff member called to let them know the pizza wasn't edible and didn't look or taste good. The manager said oh well there was nothing he could do. We cannot leave work to return it and we wanted a refund. We told them we can send a picture and he said no nothing he can do. They knew it wasn't up to par. And they offered no solution. I find this sad because we won't be ordering from this location again. I hope you really pay attention to your customer needs in the future.

Unlike Pizza Hut when the pizza got delivered it was still hot 🔥 but I live in Allen Texas so I don't know how other places are

idk if they changed the spinach and feta cheesy bread recipe but it was completely flat when i got mine today :(( normally rlly good i love this location but my cheesy bread was actually so flat and tasted undercooked :((

Just don’t do it. Have gone way down hill. Zero customer service. Manager hung up on me when I asked about a pizza he did not make correctly.

During the recent snow storm these guys were open when others were not. Really made a big difference in the day being able to get a good hot meal from some very friendly people. Got four large pies in about 15 minutes.

Never seem to get my order right. This place has gone be down hill in the past few years. Order crazzy tomatoe. A little slower but at least you get what you paid for.

Recently got a pizza that had part of one side folded over. Not a big deal, still tasted great. They do get pretty backed up on popular nights.
