Was our 1st time at DQ.Staff was friendly and patient w us while we ordered 4 Blizzards.The didn't spill when tipped over, as promised lolol kids had a kick out of that.No plain icecream at the bottom... I was still finding toppings through and through.Will def come back in the warmer months

Ordered a double meat bacon Cheeseburger combo : Received a single meat bacon burger with no cheese, rock hard and cold fries and literally a half filled drink. Not exaggerating. The staff acts like they don't want to be there. Terrible experience.

This was a visit through the drive-thru with my barking dog. Service was excellent despite the mayhem I brought upon myself.
I work there and the cabinets under the drink station in the lobby were growing black mold everywhere and HR came in and painted over it didn’t replace them didn’t fix them just painted over them, the ice machine grows black mold ,There’s black mold growing on the vents stuff drips from the ceiling onto the grill your bosses will lie directly to your face about raises

We arrived at 8:50pm, ten minutes before their stated closing time. We were informed through the drive through that they were taking no more orders for the night. I guess your hours are just a suggestion

customer service was amazing. i love how my friend and i had periodic check ins about our food. we even had our condiments brought to our table and everyone was so extremely nice. i was honestly taken aback by the friendliness of the workers here.THIS DAIRY QUEEN IS LITERALLY SO SLEPT ON.
