I love coming to Dutch bros, but specifically this location. There’s never a line, & if there is, the workers are efficient at taking peoples orders to get people out of line. The girls there are genuinely sweet and I feel like they care about the customers. It always makes my day!

My order was wrong. I ordered two drinks. One was a medium shark attack with lite /easy ice. Which was full of ice. And a Snicker doddle with chai chocolate milk and soft top. I never got my soft top. I called customer service and never answered the phone I was on hold forever.

I've come here loads of times and always request light ice. Usually, they do give me LIGHT ice, but lately, it seems they completely disregard that request. Why? I picked up all of my order, all requested with light ice, only for them to be PACKED full of ice.

Everyone I have come across (the Broistas) have been extremely helpful, curtious, and exceptionally friendly every time I have been there ( and I go very, Very often lol ) * "I'm totally not addicted, I can quit whenever I want! " ? Dutch Bros (especially the McKinney on Eldorado location) is by far my favorite place to stop for that needed jolt of wake TF up fluid, and I am sure I will be going there very often for a long time to come ???. Amazing job
Parking: There are available and easily accessible parking to the right side of the cashier's window, making it easy to stop and get set up to go to avoid any spillage
Kid-friendliness: Every employee is courteous, friendly, and have never once noticed any that would even approach the line of inappropriate talk/behavior. Your employees are extremely professional

Let me start by saying I don't really like coffee, but Dutch Bros is changing that! For all you Starbuckers out there, I implore you to go to Dutch Bros! The coffee is so much more better tasting, the employees are on par with Chick-fil-A and the service is fast! Do yourself a favor and try a large mocha white zombie hot with soft top, if you like a sweet coffee, or try it blended, you won't regret it.
This Dutch Bros is an absolute gem! The energy is contagious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and upbeat. They always greet you with a smile and seem genuinely happy to be there.
I love the personalized touch of writing fun messages on the cups. It's a small detail that makes a big difference and adds a personal touch to the experience.
