I purchase food through the drivethrough window. Upon opening it up at home, the chicken was dry and more like jerkey. Clearly it has been sitting for hours, if not days. The broccoli had began to spoil, as the top was discolored. Don't eat here if you do not want to get sick.

This has got to be the wost Pollo Loco in DFW. I used to eat here a few times a week. One day the chicken is burnt to a crisp, and another day the avocado on the bowl is brown, VERY INCONSISTENT! The girl in drive thru hasn't learned the menu in months. Gave them another chance today, and the chicken was so burnt I couldn't eat it!

I was really sad because I have had awesome experiences with pollo loco in houston and I was so hungry and this was my cheat meal 😭 the burrito and quesadilla that we ordered included vegetables in the picture lettuce and tomatoes we got our order the quesadilla was just chicken and cheese and one slice of avocado and falling apart the burrito was just rice and beans the chicken was all shoved at the bottom.Service was not the best not one napkin in sight, dirty tables no utensils and getting a salsa was a process...
April 22, 2025. I've eaten at the Richardson location several times. This is my 1st visit here. Jewett greeted me, and took my order. I had the Tuesday 2 for $5 taco special. (1) Chicken Avocado & (1) SP Taco Carbon with Salsa Fresca & Avo Salsa. They were delicious. I visited with the Manager Yudith. Thank you very much for the 2 Churros. Yudith & Jewett were both courteous & professional. Excellent customer service! I'll be back! UPDATE April 29 in Allen. Jewett & Yudith were both here again. I had the same Tuesday special as last week: 2 tacos for $5. I also had the Orginal Pollo Bowl for $5. Everything was good again. Jewett helped me use the $3 off $10 or more QR Code from the receipt survey I took from my last visit. Thank you again! UPDATE May 6 in Allen. I installed the app. Sophia took my order. Sandy helped with the $3 off $10 or more QR Code from the receipt survey. I enjoyed the same bowl & 2 tacos. Wonderful again. Pollo loco Allen always has the great service. Everyone there always has a great attitude and always greeting every customer thats comes in. Food is always fresh and delicious. Sandy helped us out and she offer us the chips and guac that tasted fresh and delicious. I will keep coming here all the time on my breaks and will be recommend this location to friends and family.

Great food at a great price, especially if you have a coupon! The chicken is perfectly flavored and cooked to fall-off-the-bone perfection. I've tried several of the sides and they taste great, especially the beans and mashed potatoes. My kids love the mac & cheese. This location is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I tried this place for the first time a couple of months ago and have been back several times since! Definitely would recommend!
