Pollo loco Allen always has the great service. Everyone there always has a great attitude and always greeting every customer thats comes in. Food is always fresh and delicious. Sandy helped us out and she offer us the chips and guac that tasted fresh and delicious. I will keep coming here all the time on my breaks and will be recommend this location to friends and family.

Great food at a great price, especially if you have a coupon! The chicken is perfectly flavored and cooked to fall-off-the-bone perfection. I've tried several of the sides and they taste great, especially the beans and mashed potatoes. My kids love the mac & cheese. This location is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I tried this place for the first time a couple of months ago and have been back several times since! Definitely would recommend!

Food is good when dining in, but this has been my third time that I get cold food on the drive thru . I never say anything, but today I was pretty disappointed, couldn't eat all day due to my busy schedule and was really hungry when I pulled the food out of the bag the chicken quesadilla and the shrimp taco were cold like they just put the tortilla 2 seconds on a hot grill and cooked the shrimp and that was it
