Chicken is very good. Crispy and juicy on outside but tender on the inside. Has great seasoning. Sides of charro are not authentic Mexican but not horrible, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese are just like any other fast food joint. But would still come again because it was good!

I had been avoiding this place thinking it was along the same lines as pollo regio. I finally stopped in today and wow was i impressed. I got the Double Baja Shrimp Tostada. It was so good! I can't wait to go back and try their chicken and other healthy options

Unlike the usual fast food, El Pollo Loco has healthier options. The food was tasty and not greasy. They offered lots of options, and the portions were good-sized.Wheelchair accessibility: There were 2 wheelchair accessible spaces next to the door.

When this place first opened it was great! I was back in town and wanted to go back. It was a horrible experience. There was no condiments. Service was bad, restaurant was dirty, digital menu was not working, and I didn't find out the recipe machine was broken till after I ordered.

Nothing not to like about their barbecue chicken, sides are good also. They are a little cheap on the pico de gallo, and the sauces
