First and last time coming here. The food is okay, but overpriced. The celery and piece of carrot that came with the wings was gooey and didn’t taste right.

The restaurant was dirty; dirty tables, floors, condiment area, and trash area. People working in the kitchen were NOT wearing hairnets (even those with long hair). Saw a kitchen worker taking a personal uncovered drink into the kitchen. Saw a cashier worker spitting into the trash can.

It was a very unpleasant experience.

Fat burger? More like skinny burger! It was thin, overcooked, and topped with sweet relish?! Worse part of all, it was a 30 minute wait time, not including wait in line. So everything was rushed because chefs were behind. The rest of my party was turned away. They rushed me off before I could get a receipt to put in a proper complaint. Pissed.

This was my first time eating here and Jacob assured me that I will love the food and he was so right. Everything from the burger to the sweet potato fries and the great service...I'm definitely returning.

This is my first and last time here. I don’t know what I think of this place. I rather go to Whataburger than come back here. The issue that happened was I paid extra for the sandwich to have cheese. When I got the sandwich, the sandwich had no cheese on it and I hat to pay extra for cheese. All I bought was the Cajun chicken sandwich. The sandwich was the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger, I expected it to be a lot bigger for what I paid for($12). That literally all I got. It didn’t taste Cajun at all. NEVER COMING BACK.

I used to eat this chain while living in the western US particularly LA and LV. I was highly encouraged that this venue stands in its own building and not in a gas station like others I have found here in Texas. So I was disappointed in the visit while here for a football game. I ordered a double king with chili and cheese and mustard only. When I got the burger it was so full of grease it ran out all over the tray. Upon further examination the burger was very rare in spots. I went ahead and ate it anyways against my better judgement. My daughter had rare spots in her burger as well.
They were not busy. The girl that took my order was not rude, but not very friendly and had 0% personality. It would kill her to Crack a smile. I tried to explain to her this was one of my all time favorite burger spots, she couldn't care less. Obviously just collecting a paycheck.
Its been about 45 minutes since we left and my stomach hurts, I figured it would eating undercooked hamburger meat. I ordered my son one to go for after he plays his football game up here. I asked them to make it well done. Its currently in the backseat of my car and it doesn't smell well done. Smells of raw burger. Definitely going to inspect it before he eats it later. He was a fan of fatburger and wanted one also since we can't get this where we live.
On another note, got alot of looks from staff like we weren't really welcome in there, or that's how I felt. Everyone in there was a different race than us, so I think that played a factor. The girl was friendly to other people that looked like her but not us. She also told those people thank you, and come back, but not us. Getting really sick of this discrimination these days. Its getting called out. Won't be back to this location. I see it has a 3.6 rating. I can see why.

I live down the street and decided to get a takeout order this afternoon and regret my decision. It wasn't as good as I remember it being back when I was in college in California. Also, I got a take out order because of time constraints and it took me about 15 minutes to find a parking space at the mall. It really wasn't very convenient to get a takeout order. The food was so-so and the service wasn't great.

Just came out of this place and it was horrrible experience. This place is run by bunch of kids and teenagers who are fighting in the kitchen pouring coke on each other and it literally took 25 mins to get Onion Rings which is the only order I placed. I won’t visit this place again and neither recommend this place to others. If you can wait for a simple burger, you can visit place. Also the quality of the onion rings are horrible

I ordered some boneless wings and they showed up traditional wings with an entirely different flavor. There are two other people here so the attention to detail is frustrating

Also, I’d recommend turning the music volume up so you don’t hear the trash talking coming from the kitchen.

Won’t deny, the wings still tasted good.

The place is located in Allen Premium outlet area, so the area is expensive and the restaurant itself is expensive.
The team needs to be more professional when dealing with customers not jocking with each other while taking my order. They made me feel that I am telling jokes while ordering. The order came, nothing especial in the flavour.
I went to the restroom, and it was descusting, not even cleaned since the morning. Some of the floor staff clothes were not clean.
I believe such restaurant with the great location need to make some changes to improve.
