The food was great but what they put on the menu doesn’t add up with what they give you, we ordered 3 plates of wings and with each plate comes with ranch and carrots and celery and they didn’t bring any of that, so we asked for those he doesn’t say a thing and brings out one small plate of the veggies and one ranch, there are almost 30 wings and you give us one ranch?! So we went to the desk and asked if that was right, and the guy in the front said,”so u just want more” he could’ve said I’m sorry abt that let me get that for you. Yes we except what comes with the plate. As our first time there we were disappointed. The servers never paid attention to their surrounding and didn’t know how to have customer service.

And when it came, they didn't bring the shake I had ordered.Cleanliness: bathrooms were clean, but the dining room was not. Could not find a clean table. Makes you wonder where else they are cutting corners.I used to stop at Fatburger all the time in Los Angeles to deliver their Doordash orders, and I ate there sometimes too. They were consistently efficient and clean. I'm sorry to say this location doesn't measure up.

My recent visit to FatBurger left me with mixed feelings. While the overall experience was just okay, there were a couple of aspects that left much to be desired. Firstly, communication was a significant issue. The staff taking our order were soft-spoken making it challenging to hear and understand them over the music playing. Secondly, the pricing at FatBurger doesn't align with the quality of the food. It felt like we were paying a premium for a standard burger experience, which left us questioning the overall value for money. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean, and the variety of toppings and customization options for the burgers is a plus.

Very dirty. Obviously never cleaned from the night before as it was 11:30 am. Almost no service, food was ok but the service and dirtyness ruined it. Left after a few bites to go to different burger place.

I came into the restaurant hoping it would be worth it, it seemed appealing. I ordered a regular burger (lettuce, tomato, and mayo only) and 10 piece wing combo (Cajun and Mild). It took a while for the food to come out, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, hoping the food was getting made with some special love and care. We received the burger first and it was cold, the patty was dry/over cooked, and it wasn’t made how I asked (missed lettuce and tomato, and added onions?). Then our wings came, the Mild wings were the best part, though there wasn’t much to beat. They came out cooked well but the cajun was a bit dry. The fries were good, I could just tell they've been sitting out a while. If I do decide to return, it will only be for the buffalo wings.????
