Slow service. Taste is meh. Not bad but not good. Powdered synthetic taste. Business-profit-centric not customer. Didn’t get free promo topping plastered on their screens because staff said i had to specifically ask for it. Granted it was my bad that i assumed it’s automatic, they should’ve understood for a 1st time customer and they could have given me that free topping on the side to keep customer happy right? 1st and last visit.

Horrible customer service. Refused to give me an extra cup to share a drink for my kids even when I offered to pay for it. How cheap can you be!!! Obviously saving a plastic cup is more important than customer satisfaction. Will never go back. Hope it’s worth it!!

The best boba I've had in Texas, always fresh with consistent pearls and flavorful drinks. I have been going here regularly over the past couple years and haven't had a drink I didn't like, service is friendly and the atmosphere is a nice place to visit and catch up with friends. The taro and Thai milk tea are my favorite.
This is the best boba cafe. They just do everything a step better than other places. Even the cups are more satisfying to hold.

Came to try this place for the first time with a group of friends. I did not like my drink at all and asked if i could get something else. (cheaper then the drink i ordered) and they said no.. they offered to make my drink sweeter and it still didn’t taste good. I asked again if they could give me another drink and he said no. Aggravated since i just paid $8 and tipped, i asked for a refund. He said no. He just kept telling me “that’s the drink you ordered”. Very disappointed.
Edit after owners response: Sorry let me go ahead and add that after over 5 minutes of arguing with this man about my drink or a refund he FINALLY told me he will remake the drink and that it would be the only time he does this. which is fine since i will NEVER be returning ! thank you so much for wasting our time and showing all your customers how little you care about them :)

I have been going to feng cha for awhile now and the employees have always been fabulous, super kind, and make delicious drinks. However I went in today and they recently hired this new girl that is always talking behind the counter super loud. Me and my partner submitted two different orders and both times she sighed about having to make drinks. She then whispered complaining about our orders and kept looking at us over her shoulder. When we finally got them, we had to leave one there because they put in 4x the amount of topping that we ordered so there wasn’t any smoothie in the drink. I love this place but I will not be coming back to order anytime she is working.
