First time customer. Drinks were "ok", tiramisu was "ok" as well. Nothing to gush over. Staff was fast, but sitting behind the counter playing on phones. Did not care, service was fast, drinks looked pretty. Sat to enjoy snack and realized the place was filthy, I mean nasty gross. Was there just after noon, no way that place gets that dirty in an hour of being open. Sticky, spider webs, crumbs, spilt drinks, napkins for customers had something orange and wet...

It's a great place to meet friends for a small study session or get together. Similarly priced to other places in my opinion but with better quality ingredients. I tend to pass by just to grab a drink and there's always someone available to help if needed.
