My husband and I enjoy firehouse subs often, but have never ordered from this location before. Today, we ordered dinner and when my husband brought it home there was no turkey on my sandwich. Such a huge disappointment as I did not request it this way, and now am left with a very expensive veggie sandwich for dinner. When he called, he said that he could not understand whoever was on the phone and had to repeat himself over and over and the person on the other end clearly still did not understand. Very disappointed!! Better to order in person and make sure you double check before you leave to make sure they didn’t leave the meat off of your sandwich.

Employees lacked customer service, all the did was chat with each other and my spicy Cajun I ordered was not made the right way. So disappointed ☹️

I came in to get my free medium sub for my birthday as promised on the app & an email sent . I get there & it needs to be 5 months prior to my birthday to receive it. Greedy business strategies i will not come back here

Left the courthouse for a seatbelt ticket and needed comfort food. Firehouse Subs did not disappoint. I got the medium meatball firehouse sandwich, a brownie and medium drink. Well, the drink was on the house after I doubled back and tried to buy a drink and he just gave it to me. Great team, great food, great value!
