A complete disappointment. I ordered a BLT Benedict. As you can see, I got a soggy bread, two small slices of a hard as rock avocado, and overcooked poached eggs. The other egg is not in the pic because I have it to my mom who loves well done eggs. It’s really frustrating to come here to get a break from the typical day of cooking at home and realizing that I can’t even expect the bare minimum of getting a decent cooked egg. It looks like it’s too much to ask. Don’t waste your time and money and better cook your own BF at home. It’s cheaper and you’ll get a way better experience in all aspects.

First time coming, EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Didn’t even make it to a table. There was an employee at the front when we first walked in, stood at the counter in front of him and he didn’t say a word to us. But he was able to start a conversation with customers in a booth at least 10 feet away, laughing and even waving a dollar in the air. Ended up waiting at the benches where multiple other employees were in view. (Most likely waiters doing their job) after two other groups of people came in and a group came trying to check out we decided this place didn’t deserve our time or money. Very disappointed and will not return. Came 11/13 at 11:45

I am a regular customer at this location, I go every Sunday morning to pick up my order. Although the staff is kind, especially one of the women working who gave me free gift cards to use in the future, today I received bacon under my chicken apple sausage. Now normally I see this as a simple mistake but given the climate of this country, and with my last name being on there (it’s Islam), I can’t fathom but to believe this was rooted in bigotry. I don’t support businesses that staff people like that. I also regularly receive burnt food, diminishing the quality. This hatred needs to end, starting with these businesses. It is a shame because I don’t believe the kind staff should receive any slack for the wrongdoing of others. First Watch of Allen, do better for ALL people.

I usually like this place. But, today's experience left the worst taste. I went with only my 5 year old. I ate about half my food when he had to use the restroom. So I left my phone on the table to give a clue I would return. When we came back my food was basically cleaned up. They thought I had left without paying and left my cell phone. Someone came up and said "I'm sorry. They bussed your tabled." I asked for my check. And sat as they cleaned the rest of the table as I sat there. And instead of today's meal being delt with. They gave me a coupon to come back. As a single mom, I don't want to come back. I guess with previous service, this took me back.

The food is always good! I had the smoked salmon frittata for the first time, which I liked a lot. Their coffee is also excellent, strong and not burnt like Starbucks. I got a side of potatos, which are cubed and cooked with onions, but I forgot to ask for the salad with lemon dressing. The ciabatta wasn't really toasted, so that was eminently forgettable. Get the wheat toast instead.

Good food. Accidentally got the wrong plate but my server fixed it immediately and no problems . Amazing morning meditation juice , a must have !! I got veg omelet , didn’t like the sauce in the omelet but I got it down. The frittata rústica was decent . Great service , good food, great atmosphere . Would come back for the juice !
The restaurant is clean, light, and airy. I like that I can get breakfast or lunch at any hour. The menu has many choices and our waiter attentive. I had the half sandwich and salad with pecan topping. Both were excellent and I was quite full. We got our own carafe for coffee, so no waiting for the waiter to wander by. There is no dessert. We were not rushed.

As it's usual with First Watch, the place can never be shy of visitors. It's always a bustling place where people come to eat some tasty food. The hardworking staff are ever busy,trying their utmost to satisfy and make happy their customers. My entourage and I had our meals with satisfaction, everybody full of smiles, when we called it a day.

Went this morning for breakfast, they gave me the wrong thing but I thought maybe I misread the menu so I ate it. At the end of the meal, the manager comes over with a free order of what I was supposed to get, comped my meal, and gave us a $20 gift card. No one is perfect but they made sure to make it right and even went above and beyond without me having to ask. Thank you!
