After two terrible experiencing within 3 days, my wife leaves a review, Andrea responds to her saying to email her and she’ll make it right and it’s been over two weeks and still nothing. Just sloppy. 1st visit, got offered free appetizer then told us they couldn’t take it off the ticket so we had to pay for it. They gave us a coupon so we gave it another shot, sat at bar, and it was clear it was for locals only. Bartender had us wait 17 minutes for our ticket which was printed and just sitting there on a $110 ticket so he can make drinks for his friends. Some how we were last all evening. Sloppy service, sloppy management, empty promises. Trash.

Love Fish City! Delicious food and friendly neighborhood vibe. Bartender Rob is the best! He is excellent at remembering regulars, helping new patrons feel welcome, and making a terrific prickly pear margarita!

I got the half and half fried shrimp and fried fish. It was very good. For sides I got dirty rice and mashed potatoes.

We went to this location for a quick drink and appetizer. When we ordered, the waiter told us they had a new dip on the menu and it would be on the house. When we got our bill, we checked and it wasn't there. When the waiter came back, he said he was so sorry, they charged us for the dip and it couldn't be cancelled. They offered us a coupon for 20% off for our next visit, so we decided not to make a big deal of it.
Went back on a Saturday night and decided to use our coupon. The bartender completely ignored us, we had to ask if we wanted another drink and if we could order our food and he always acted like it was inconvenience. When we asked for our ticket, he went and printed it out, but didn't bring it to us, his friends showed up- took their order, made their drinks, went to the kitchen, kept talking to his friends, peeling their shrimp, and still didn't bring us our ticket, until a good 20 minutes later. Not an apology or anything, barely spoke to us when he brought it to us.

It’s frustrating, because we’ve always loved this place, but the poor service means we won’t be back.

Food was amazing; atmosphere is nice- somewhat romantic and friendly. The staff was really kind and on it! Had a great experience; would highly recommend. The fish tacos were absolutely delicious as well as the honey garlic salmon bites. Five stars!

Best food seafood or otherwise, best service, both are always consistent.

My pregnant wife and I ordered to go, Due to a slight misunderstanding, I had to bring the food back. After speaking with the staff, they had no problem with replacing our meal for the correct order and even threw In some extra pieces. Management walked up to me and acknowledge the situation and again apologized while congratulating us on our pregnancy on our way out … if that’s not home type comfort and care then I don’t know what is. As for the food… let’s just say it didn’t have a chance to get cold.

They gave us soup samples and oyster nachos samples and we ordered fish and chips which was AMAZING!!!!! The atmosphere the energy the decor the effort!!! Loved it!! And they gave us 20% off on our next visit!!! Loved the coladas so yum!!! The staff was so friendly and nice kalyn, our server she was soooooooo sweet and friendly loved everything about this place!!!! Here at Watters creek Allen Dallas tx
