I have been going here for years. But the last few times my food was not good. I went one day last month and ate at the restaurant. My food was cold when it came out. I had to send it back to have it warmed up. Last week I ordered take out. The eggroll is cold. It had not been cooked at all. I will not be returning.

A bug was in my friend’s pho and when we told the server, they seemed to all avoid us. After we waited for 20 minutes for someone to come talk to us about it, we approached them. One guy was very rude and said they can give us a refund but it’ll take a few days and we had to just put our phone number. Who knows if that’s even true. Did not like how they managed it whatsoever, and it’s very unsanitary and a health violation that a bug was found in our food!

Got a beef pho today and found a small bug in the pho… looked like a small mosquito. I showed the staff and they took the bug and went to the kitchen. No one came to talk to us or give any refund. Obviously lost my appetite but the way they handled it was very unprofessional. The manager said he will refund in a few days but gave no receipt or anything. Just took sound my number. Do not recommendp
I had the vegetable pho. The carrots were sweet and BIG not bite size. The rice noodles were thick the taste wasn’t flavorful as I’ve had at other places. The food did come out nice and hot and large quantity. Plastic chopsticks. The restaurant was nice looking.
