Really enjoyed my visit to Frogg Coffee Bar & Creperie! The crepes were delicious and everything I ordered hit the spot. The outdoor seating was a great touch — it’s one of those cozy places where you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the vibe without feeling rushed.

Definitely recommend it and will be coming back!

It’s my favorite cafe. The food and drink are great, I especially love the Cali sandwiches and the matcha. But I had other crepes, avocado toast, salmon toast, and other sandwiches before and always loved it. The drinks are great, I like the coffee there. The atmosphere is always nice and service is excellent.

This gem of a spot is my favorite Sunday tradition. The food is delicious, the coffee is top tier, and my kids love playing at the tree house park while me and my partner drink our lattes. Highly recommend.

It’s a very strange café. I’m really upset by what I saw. Smoke is rising from a burnt-out bun. The ventilation is either very weak or non-existent, in my opinion. And I witnessed a man arriving for a delivery—he probably works somewhere nearby. He started complaining, as I understood it, that his order wasn’t being prepared first and foremost because they don’t have a car park. And he couldn’t wait there for 10 or 15 minutes – I don’t know how long he had to wait before his order was ready. Because there really aren’t any parking spaces there, or rather, there are very few. And to my surprise, the woman who works in this café – who always smiled sweetly at us – started speaking rudely to this man and began threatening him. She said she would complain to his employer about him for asking too many questions. I could barely make it out. We live in a democratic country. And when people start threatening someone who is simply doing their job and trying their best for everyone – for the café and for the customer who needs food – and he ends up being threatened just for asking a question. Where is our country heading? Or rather, the people who work in such establishments and, for some reason, think it’s acceptable to treat others this way. I probably won’t be going to that café again. I feel it is my duty to speak out about this problem that arose in that café and which I witnessed. I’d rather spend my money in another café where people behave appropriately. And where the staff treat everyone with respect.

Cute spot with outdoor seating. View of the creek is so pretty. Coffee is ON POINT! Bagels are delicious! Coffee is overpriced (paid $8 for a med size) but it was delicious!

This shop is truly amazing. I’d give it 20 stars if I could. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and some even know me by name, which speaks volumes about the service. The food is consistently delicious, especially the steak & eggs and the Cali in the morning. The atmosphere is just as great, clean, comfortable, and relaxed, making it an easy place to enjoy your meal. I honestly don’t see how anyone could rate it less than 5 stars. This place is a must-try, whether you live or work in the area or are just passing through.

Frogg’s Coffee Bar in Watters Creek is a great place to eat. I love their sandwiches and my daughter loves their crêpes. I tried the bananas foster waffles for the first time and they were beautiful to look at and so delicious. But I was so excited to dig in that I forgot to take a picture! (Next time.) We always go with the side of berries, they’re always very sweet and a wonderful addition.

My only suggestion is that some of their chairs could use reupholstering. However, I’m sure that’s due to the amount of customers they get on a daily basis. 😊

I ordered the chicken club sandwich with a French toast latte. Coffee is good but man the sandwiches is on another level. Not only is it massive making it worth how much a paid but you can tell it’s quality.

Very nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. The younger employees do seem to have a slight attitude at times—you can kind of tell they might complain about certain orders or customers—but they still try to handle issues with care. To be fair, some customers can be weird or grouchy for no reason, so that’s understandable.

The food here isn’t great. The crepes and sandwiches are mediocre (around 3/10). Some of the coffee options, however, are actually quite good. They do charge extra for most substitutions (aside from milk), which kind of sucks, but since it’s a small business, it makes sense that they need to keep up with costs.

The pastries are good, though they taste store-bought. Still, their comparative advantage is clearly in coffee and crepes, so economically that makes sense. I really enjoyed the americano, cortado, and latte.

The teas are overpriced—you can get similar canned options at Target for almost the same price that they sell per pouch. The crepe batter and its fillings don’t have a great taste, and the sandwiches are just okay—kind of like something you’d get in an elementary school cafeteria.

Honestly, this is a really nice spot if you want a place to study or hang out with friends. The food may not be great, but the cozy, intimate Parisian-style atmosphere makes it feel like an experience.

Also, after waiting in line multiple times during peak rush hours, I’ve noticed a subtle issue—people don’t tip. Especially regulars, which is honestly kind of shameful. I understand that not everyone can afford to tip, but you can usually tell when people can and just choose not to. It almost feels like they’re treating it like a one-off game, similar to a concept from game theory where the dominant strategy is to act in self-interest because the interaction is only played once.

But here’s the thing—this isn’t a one-time interaction. The staff remember who you are, especially if you’re a regular. In that case, the “one-off” dominant strategy doesn’t really work in your favor. When there’s ongoing interaction—like regulars coming in daily—it’s better to cooperate so that mutually beneficial (Pareto-efficient) outcomes can occur. You get great coffee, and you make your server happy. Or, at the very least, expect a kind of “tit-for-tat” dynamic.

For a personal consultation to the owner I would try to find a way in having superb product differentiation ( the food + crepes ) since you are competing in a monopolistically competitive market. The key for this cafe should also be consistency in what they serve.
