My husband and myself went yesterday to get a 3 piece fish plate, when we got home and opened the container we could not believe how small the fish pieces were, it looked like they had taken 1 fillet and cut it in three pieces. We will not ever go back, we can go any where for a much better fish dinner plate with full size fillets for the same money and get 2 sides instead of 1 for the same price.

Chicken tenders no chicken all crust . I will not be back do better at Chick-fil-A., you get chicken there’s!! Shrimp was good , okra and coleslaw ok !! Roll was mashed !!

I thought this was a franchise…one would think a little pride would be taken in serving food for the cost. Must have had an owner who used to care because this used to be a good cheat day meal. Will not recommend nor will return. Damn waste of money:( hate to see time and time again fast food is just money down the drain. Overcooked, chewy chicken, flaky mashed potatoes your thing? Found the spot. Refund please.

yesterday i came to this place and bought chicken strips and yeast rolls i order 2 dozens ans sweet tea i was waiting for my food over 20mins without complaining i was frustrated came home look at my yeast rolls and it looks like this n missing my one gallon tea i called stated that i want my refund for the tea bunch of these n that now if i want money back i have to drive 15 mins for refund for me tea imy question is it’s so hard that you can refund online company policy? i’m confused because i talk to different manager give me different kind of answer only thing the same is that i can refund you throw online i wish i can give no stari spent over $53 i wish i never go there now i have drive back there to get that stupid tea refund

I was surprised this store even had a 3.5 rating! I'm going to be frank, I LOVE Golden Chick wick wings and tenders, but this store can't seem to follow orders or just don't care. They serve chicken pass it prime, that is if you get what you order! They routinely "forget" to include your rolls. Speaking with management will bring your blood to a boil! My impression is they don't give a S&!$. I have had to follow up with corporate to get refunds!I have order delivery both through their site and Door Dash and I have driven thru and done pick up. I ALWAYS check my order before leaving and 85% of the time something is wrong or missing.I will now be driving out of my way to a different location to get my fix and will no longer be ordering delivery.
Lately the quality has gone down hill. It’s a little crazy how much this place costs vs the value it provides. The dinner rolls are always good. 1 star for that.
