Great American Cookies

The lady working today didn’t even acknowledge me and I left without getting anything

I had tried calling other places to place and order but they all wanted 24+ advance notice for even a simple design.

HUGE thanks to Great American Cookies! Jody took my order and made it happen.

Being that I turn 33 and a new favorite video game this year was Expedition 33, I was really happy this could happen.

If I need more cookies (and everyone needs cookies) I know I'll be calling Jody at Great American Cookies!

Good m&m double doozie

Ordered 2 snickerdoodles, chocolate chip, peanut butter, M&M, and cookies and cream cookies. The cookies were baked well and tasted fresh. They were also very good. The shop was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I've been to various locations, and I like that they are very consistent.

Best sugar ? cookies ? ever BUT QUIT ASKING FOR A TIP FOR GETTING A COOKIE FOR SOMEONE..this is insanity and must be called out. It only increases inflation, tip-flation, and the over horrible economy is just made worse!.. PLEASE ✋️ STOP!! SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!

The cookies here always taste great, let's say that. However, I've had an issue with the middle part of the cookie. After enjoying the edges, I find the main bulk in the center is often soft and doughy, like I'm eating an uncooked cookie.

I thought it was a one-time fluke and waited a few months before trying again, hoping for a better result. But every time, especially with the peanut butter flavor, it's the same issue—mushy, soft, and tasting like raw dough in the middle.

Maybe I need to start asking for a fully cooked cookie when I place my order, but it's disappointing that it doesn't have the texture of a fully cooked treat.

I ordered a custom mermaid cake, and it tasted delicious and was ready on time. However, I really wish someone would have contacted me and told me they didn't do mermaid themed cakes. It looked like I did it myself. It provided many laughs, but is not what I expected from a professional establishment.

I ordered delivery and the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house. When we went to the house they said they had already eaten it. I was so upset because my dad just got engaged so this was an engagement cookie cake to surprise them. I called the store not knowing what else to do and the lady on the phone was extremely nice and offered to make me a new cake if we were able to pick it up. She had it ready within 30 min. Extremely grateful for her and will order from here again !
