“It seemed the hostesses were hesitant to ask a coworker to move a box that had been left on a low table offered to us, so instead we were seated at a high-top. Unfortunately, high-top seating can be difficult for shorter individuals to get into comfortably.”

Sat for 20 min no one bothered to ask us if we been helped, didn’t complete the order correctly and the last pizza came burnt and we had to return it, when you pay premium price for pizza you expect a better service and Quality. Not coming back again to this place

We went to Grimaldi's to listen to the music at Waters Creek on Saturday evening. We were sat outside which was exactly what we wanted but then it all fell apart from there. First thing was we sat down and ask for the fan above us to be turned on. The employee told us its been broken for awhile and does not turn on. We then waited for 20 min and no one came to our table so we had to go ask for someone to come to us and when they finally came, no apology or anything. We then asked if they could open the screens to let air flow and we could see more of the park. Again - they told us they cant be risen because they are broken and have been for about 3-4 weeks. Finally our food came to us which 1 pizza was good and the other one was burnt like they forgot to take it out of the oven and just said oh well. Not sure if we will be back or not based on this experience and how many other restaurants are in Waters Creek.

My friend was genuinely unhappy with how the event was handled. What should have been a joyful occasion turned into a regrettable memory because of the lack of organization and care. Grimaldi’s did not fulfill their commitments, and this deeply disappointed my friend. I hope steps are taken to ensure no one else has such an experience in the future.

I got a burnt hard pizza. I ordered a basic Margherita pizza, which was not worth a cent. Forget about the quality. It was pathetic.

Sadly posted hours do not reflect the hours you can actually be served. Saying that you are a pizza place and able to serve pizza for multiple hour is misleading. Not only that with 4 employees at the front entrance all ignored talking to customers.

This place was my family monthly favorite 10 years running pizza place in all of DFW. We mostly dine in but at times but take out is equally delicious and convenient. Unfortunately, we haven't been in a few months and our recent visit was actually pretty disappointing. The crust/breading has become pretty bland and thinner. They are also definitely skimping hard on toppings. I wish they picked just to just raising prices and not raise prices in conjunction with skimping out on quality/quantity.
Service is still on point!

The staff is unfriendly they do not care about helping or satisfying theirbculinary art and are only concerned with their bottom line, money. This is probably why the owner is so angry to the point where he is irrationally telling people to not be served. It neither that or they have such an uncaring workforce that they refuse service just because they are too lazy or can't fork up any money for the bus boy. Overall negative vibe feelings culture and structural design go hand in hand with this business. They had to leave a varry large building that used to house the restaraunt in Fairview to downsize into the hole ifnaneall place they have found themselves in.!don't waste your time or money!

Ordered three pizzas for a celebration. I show up at the pickup time and they say they do not have my order. I double-checked my phone and I definitely called the correct location. Now I'm without pizza. Thanks for ruining the evening!
