Crazy slow, seemed to be a lot of burnt pizzas coming out of the kitchen. Our was kind of burned too, but after an hour of waiting we just wanted to get out of there.

The inside of this restaurant for a sit down leaves much to be desired. If more than one person gets a pizza, you're gonna have a heck of a time fitting it all on the table, which by the way has some of the ugliest table cloths imaginable. I normally have zero complaints with this location, but the last time I visited on my one hour dinner break, it took over 40 minutes to get me my large pizza, and the crust was so ungodly thin, that it felt like holding a fruit roll up. This was the very first time in my life I've ever eaten pizza with a knife and fork. It was disgraceful. My ranch was served to me without a spoon, unlike normal, so dipping a pizza that has zero hold to it was a nightmare. Of course the pizza was phenomenal tasting, so I asked for a to go box to take it home and try to crisp it up in the oven. But to no avail. The crust thinner than a sheet of metal would never stiffen, so alas, after rolling up most of them like a burrito, I threw the rest in the trash. The time frame, and the consistency are inexcusable for an almost empty restaurant at 8 o clock at night. 40 minutes for a $40 pizza with no hold.

We arrived around lunch time the front desk told us we have a waiting for 45 minutes
we end up waiting for nearly 2hours and the Manager defending his liar employee at the front desk
Seriously this is not how you take care of the customers specially knowing Customer He is NOT WRONG
POUR MANAGEMENT AND UNQUALIFIED MANAGERS TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS
You should be able to recognize the wrong
then give credit to the long wait to Customers.

We went early on Monday, probably around 5pm. Lots of training happening. Food was good. Probably won't return, as we watched a dad with two kids around us, happen to see his son lick the cheese shaker, Dad wasn't paying attention. I have a kid too, stuff happens, but we did let one of the waiters know. I would hate the next person to use the same shaker. The waiter was young, almost uncomfortable with hearing it. We watched him change the tablecloth out, and keep the same shaker for the next person.

Waited to be seated for 10 mins during a non-busy Saturday afternoon. No one acknowledged us while we stood there for several minutes. The service was extremely slow and inefficient. The pizza was good once the food got to the table. Not sure how efficient the service is during rush hour, I would not want to find out.

Came for a pick up and was ignored by a young man. Someone came after me that they knew and they attended to her vs me 1st. I was there for 1 minute prior to next customer. As soon as the next customer came they rushed to greet and attend to her. I don't know what the food taste like but customer service is extremely bad if they don't recognize you. This is the first time out of 10 pick ups that this happend

Very bad experience. Their site says they were open but when I went with my 5 year old, initially they said they have a slice of pizza. Then immediately said that the oven is turned off. So they just turned me away with my child when there were other patrons having their meal.
Slow and sloppy
Waited 45 minutes to pick up one pepperoni pizza which was handed to me with sloppy presentation (see attached photo)
They said they had cooked it earlier but had to remake it because they burned it. That’s either a sorry excuse for a professional pizza establishment or a lie - either way, not a good look

I’ve always enjoyed Grimaldi’s, but my recent visit was a huge disappointment — all because of the way I was treated by the manager, Natalia. From the moment I raised a simple concern, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, she made me feel completely unwelcome and disrespected.
What should have been an enjoyable night out turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
I hope Grimaldi’s takes this feedback seriously and provides better training in customer service and professionalism. I’ve always loved their pizza, but after this experience, I’m honestly not sure I’ll be returning.

Nathaleya did an excellent job taking care of us! I really appreciated that she switched the TV to a more sporty, family-friendly channel. I felt bad seeing how that guy kept pressuring her to play something inappropriate, but she handled it so professionally. We’ll definitely be coming back!😋😋😋

I don’t usually write reviews, but this restaurant definitely earned one — and not in a good way. I came in hoping to enjoy a meal and catch a specific show that was already playing on one of the TVs. Everything was fine until the manager, Natalia, came over and claimed that “the TVs can only play sports.” Funny thing is, the TV I was watching already wasn’t on sports when I got there.
Instead of just letting it be, she went out of her way to change that very same TV, clearly just to be spiteful and “prove a point.” The attitude was unreal — dismissive, unprofessional, and totally unnecessary. Everyone around could tell it was personal, not policy.
If this is how management treats paying customers, I can only imagine how they treat the staff. Terrible energy all around. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend going literally anywhere else if you want decent service — or a manager who doesn’t act like they’re running a power trip over the remote control.
P.S.
I couldn’t fathom who would “qualify” or “approve” such behavior. The establishment plays classy music, such as Olive Garned or La Madeline, yet they claim to be subjected to sports. She even went out of her way to change the channel on the only tv that already had Dancing with The Stars on. I just wanted it to be on a tv that I didn’t have to break my neck for.
Employee’s leave bosses, not leaders. Please choose diligently next time a manger is hired at this establishment because they certainly need help in that matter.
