Marissa is amazing. She provided the best customer experience and bar tending skills. No cap! We will be back.

Food was great as always but unfortunately the attitude of the waitress Danielle was awful, it seems like speaking spanish bothered her so much that she started mumble thinks bout spanish people.Definitely will call to complain directly to the manager.

I love Grimaldi's! I can't believe this is my first time eating here. It is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is great with the old-time music and rat pack decor. Pictures of Sinatra and Marilyn on the walls. It's just a really great place for some fabulous Italian food. Super chill place to just hang out. Their pizza is to die for. The water... straight from New York. Their cheesecake of the month, churro, was so good I had to bring a slice home with me. Highly recommend going here! ♥️ ? ? The pepperoni and ricotta pizza was insane! Emily was our server and she did amazing! We went with her recommendation on which cheesecake to try and all I can say is omg... So delicious! Thanks Emily for the great service and thank you Grimaldi's for the incredible food!

Pizza delivered by Uber Eats was cold, had to reheat it. Toppings very burnt. Nothing like eating burnt crust! ? Inedible.

waited an hour for food in total. me and everyone else in line was told a twenty minute wait while the restaurant was filled with empty tables. the mediocre room temperature pizza was not worth waiting an hour for.

The restaurant is usually full and crowded. Beer and wine served here. Best pizza in the area. Convenient location inside Allen shopping and food center. Serve while it is hot and taste good. Probably have to wait outside before the busy staff tries to locate a table for your seat. Family dinning. Next to a beautiful playground for the kids. Limited parking

Updated this, went here for the first time in a few years after moving out of the area and had an all around bad experience.Staff was clearly overwhelmed which lead to slow service, and our appetizer salad arriving with the first pizza which we ordered 20 minutes later .The pizza itself was the most disappointing part, the crust was clearly lacking enough salt and was bland and tasteless and the distribution of the sauce and cheese was wildly inconsistent. The late salad itself was good so there was that.

For how much New Yorkers always trip out and rave about this place it’s incredibly overpriced and incredibly mid. It’s basically 2000’s Mall Pizza but at like 3-4x the price

I got the largest pizza they offer. I did sausage, mushroom and grilled chicken as my toppings. It was good for a freshly, straight out the oven, homemade pizza! The cheese was freshly cut, the sauce was homemade, and the topics were hand sliced! If you’re the type of person to like pizza from Pizza Hut or Domino’s, this is not the place for you. But if you like fresh and healthy this is definitely what you’re looking for! Also, on top of the pizza being good, the atmosphere and the service was great! I personally won’t be back as it’s not the type of pizza I long for, but I will recommend it to my friends and family! Additionally I want to add that they have a rewards program and after sign up you get a free starter with your meal, which I did bread with fresh mozzarella, salami, olives, etc. and for it being the first time I’ve ever had something like that, I’d give it a 3/5! Overall, great pizza place!!

Pizza was not hot when it arrived at our table. I heard the couple next to us say the same thing to the waitress. Her response was that the oven was hot, so I didn't bother to say the same thing to her. We ate on the patio; however, the main dining area was filthy, and most tables still had lunch rush trash and dirty dishes on them. The main dining area also smelled like a cleaning solution.

Has absolutely great pizza. The coal fired oven, coupled with a thin pizza crust does make something really close to a great New York style pizza. This place does get rather crowded, but the pizza is best fresh out of the oven, so dine in if possible. The wine pairings for the various pizzas are also wonderful for a total dining experience.

So I hate giving anything less than a 5 star review but the pizza was so sloppy and wet it just fell. Toppings were cut small like it was Dominos. Plus table was tight and had to eat with a pizza pan in my personal space. I much rather go to NY pizza and pints, they blow this place away.
