My partner and I had two different burgers. I had the Southwest and my partner had the cowboy. We sat in the restaurant and the order was delivered quick and hot. The meat was on the thinner side but still moist and could have been seasoned a little more. The fries were seasoned nicely but could have been a little crisper, but I still enjoyed them.
Upon entering the restaurant we were welcomed warmly by Taisha and she had a great smile. Not sure who was tasked with maintaining the front of the house, but the drink station needed attention during our entire stay. One of the Coke dispensers did not have a nozzle and just sprayed all over the place and small piles of ice across the drop tray
Overall a great visit with great food. My rating would be 5-Stars if it were not for the attention needed in the front of the house.

Second time I've been to Hat Creek. First time everything was yummy. Second time hamburger was ok.....the bun was burned, I mean black, so the whole burger tasted burned. If I hadn't picked up the order to take home to eat I would have returned it.

Did a Daddy, Mommy, Daughter date nite and when it came to food our girl asked to come here due to the playground. We agreed and were not sure what to expect.
Overall the food was pretty good. I got the Southwest burger and my wife got the Bacon Royal. They were delicious and the fries and tots were good too. I was a bit shocked at the price for three meals here. My wife and my burgers had two patties but I was still a bit sticker shocked.
That being said the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. They also offer wine and beer at a very reasonable cost.
The playground was very nice and my girl had a blast playing on it. The ground was squishy and felt bouncy.
Overall great times were had and the staff was super nice as the ketchup was out and he replaced it immediately.

Have ordered through Uber multiple times to get a burger an shake. Every time yah leave out the shake I ask Uber driver where it is they tell me yah only hand them the phone 1 time I right it off but 6 times yah should be ashamed I just wanted a shake but no yah just stole my money multiple times an all I got was the burger. Luckily the Uber drivers spoke English cause they all claimed the same thing that yah left out the shake. 6 different drivers on 6 different occasions. This location needs an audit.
