We ordered catering for a school event and Ramiro was awesome to work with! From the first phone call with Ramiro scheduling our order to the day we picked it up he was beyond helpful! This is our 2nd time ordering from the Allen location and have been very pleased both times.

Literally every time I’ve eaten here has been 5 stars. Here’s what I love. 1) the value. You get a lot of food for the cost and the costs are reasonable!! 2) the food comes out quick and it is not fast food, you can tell it’s made fresh that day. 3) every employee is so nice it’s like they’re your friend lol. 4) location: it’s right off 75 and at the outlet mall. 5) I’m gluten free and nearly everything on the menu is naturally gluten free. They don’t do anything special to make it gluten free, the ingredients are just naturally that way.Anyway, we love it. 5 stars.

Always love coming here! Service is always FAST, employees are caring and helpful. Never have had a bad experience here and will always come back! My 9 year old begs me to come daily to what she calls “the pineapple place”!
I always order from Hawaiian Bros and the food is delicious! Service is top notch! But, the Door dash deliverer never delivered my food and would not refund my money, so I had to drive to the Allen location where I was met with an apologetic staff who remade my food and was so nice and understanding. They made a bad 3rd party delivery experience right. I will keep coming back to this location.Thank you,VL
Who knew? Tucked away in a corner at Allen outlet mall, great place to get a quick bite. Friendly, helpful service (thanks Ramiro!) and an excellent salad! We'll be back!

This was my first time trying Hawaiian bros, the cashier, Ramiro was very friendly and helped us pick out a dish. We got the Kilauea chicken which was very flavorful and the spam musubi as well. The macaroni was super tasty and the meat was just so perfect. The dole whip is very light and creamy with a strong strawberry taste that I love. I would definitely recommend this place.
Ramiro’s service couldn’t have been better. It was our first time coming in and he walked us though the menu perfectly. Was very attentive even after we had already ordered and food was delicious.Will definitely not be last time coming.
