Hedary's Mediterranean Restaurant

Lovely little Mediterranean restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was great. Prices were very reasonable and it's BYOB!

We stumbled on this gem when I had to be in McKinney and my wife works in Addison. This was a good middle ground. The place is charming. The staff is exceptional, providing information on the restaurant, recommendations and even explaining how the owner still cooks. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again with friends.

Amazing food, great service, cool old house. The gourmet gyro plate was huge and soooo great!

Poor food quality. Tables were dirty. Worst of all, the owner George dismissed my concern when I had shown photographic and video proof of a foreign object in my food, as the waiter brought it out! I've been here numerous times with company, and my friends have also attested to rude staff and negligent service. Never again!

Set in an old quaint house with various rooms for dining we enjoyed the hummus and tabbouleh and pita bread. Then we had the average Kibbee and grape leaves. The server was great and overall we really enjoyed ourselves. Growing up with Lebanese food it had different tastes that we weren't used to. Next time we will try different things to get the whole experience.

Amazing atmosphere. Amazing food. Crazy amazing service. I love family owned restaurants and Hedary's is one of the best. Oh. The chicken. Wow.

What a gem! Very cozy atmosphere and great food! It's an old house converted into a restaurant, so dining rooms are separated into small rooms. The noise level is very low, so you can actually enjoy the conversation! If you are having a dinner with friends to catch up, it would be a perfect spot. We shared small mezza and meat combo plate as someone shared in the previous review. It was plenty for both of us. Hot homemade bread (like pita?) was so good.😍 We will definitely go back!

Have been there twice while passing thru the area, and the food has been phenomenal both times. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner (Buddy) on our most recent visit. After chatting a bit, we convinced him to play his accordion for us. What an incredibly special experience being hosted by a fascinating gentleman.

“When you’re here, you’re family..” what a warm and inviting home to have dinner in. The entire team treated my party and myself with Hospitality and Love. Thats right, I said it- Love. The food was made with love, I could taste it. The atmosphere is so inviting we didn’t want to leave. The food is phenomenal- this chef has decades of training and experience and it shows on the dinner table.
I can’t wait to bring my family to this spot when they come to visit for the holidays.
10/10 would recommend d to a friend!
