This place is very close to house so it’s convenient but it is a hit or miss. Lately the service (past 2 times) takes awhile, about 10 minutes for one drink and no it is not super busy. The friendliness as well is lacking. The honey boba seems undercooked as well most times, I have been to other places where it is much softer. The fruit teas I do not have issues with, I enjoy the superstar.

Best boba drink in Allen, I would recommend getting one of the specialty teas, you can't go wrong with Allen Eagle Eyes, though my concern is that the service is mid and the employees making the boba aren't very friendly and give off a negative vibe. The person in front of me ordered the same drink as me and they charged her 6.99 but they tried charging me 8.50 for the same drink.

IMPORTANT: drinks DO NOT COME WITH BOBA, but too many people INCORRECTLY ASSUME BOBA comes with their drink, and it messes with the employees. If you DO NOT want boba, either wait until you are promoted to confirm no boba, or have your cashier read out your order to confirm they did not add boba. Other than that, I've never had a bad drink here! Even if a specific flavor isn't to your preference, the overall quality is good enough that it'll at least be okay. Definitely the best jasmine milk tea I've ever had - the flavor seems to be the syrup, which holds on to aroma much better than brewed tea. The ginger milk tea is also delightfully ginger-spicy!

Went to this place for the first time a few weeks ago. So far, nowhere in McKinney has matched this stores boba!! I ordered a grapefruit juice with popping strawberry. A young girl made my drink and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone was very friendly and I genuinely enjoyed my experience. I will be back! 😋
This is my daughters' favorite Boba place. Love their selections. My girls were very excited to go today at around 7 pm. Unfortunately when I walked in the worker may have been having a bad day because she stormed out from the back and was furious I was there. I asked maybe they were closing and apologized. She said nothing and looked away furious and annoyed, rolling her eyes. Very awkward. I felt best to just walk away to keep the peace. The door says the close at 9 pm so not sure what that was about. Went to Smoothie King instead.

Did not even give me my boba. I ordered a drink and the lady asked me if I wanted any extra boba. I said no and the cashier made me my drink. I walked out into my car and started drinking my boba and realized it was just tea. 👎
