Just walked in and got horrible customer service by the tall guy behind the counter. He sighed, rolled his eyes, had a rude tone and was extremely disrespectful calling everyone buddy. Management you need to do address this because i regularly come here and have never had any problems.

Food is ok the price has gone up but I asked for some tomatoes and lettuce and he said they don’t have. Then after that they bring out a salad with those ingredients on them. I asked 3 different times. I think the guy did not want to help. The girl taking the cash wasn’t listening and did not charge for the drinks, and after I asked where are the drinks? She said here you go at no charge but that will be $6. Bad experience so we won’t go back.

First time here I can give them four stars in total. But the garlic bread we ordered wasn't even close to garlic bread.It just looked like a bread with butter. The cheese bread was good .Also we ordered spinach calzone it was just ok .

I have been coming here for so many years and the staff are amazing! Even when I go to college and come back after a year they always remember and treat me like family! Specifically, the grandmother of the family is so sweet! The food is also exceptional. It is the perfect place to go for a break from shopping at Allen Outlet! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who wants good food and service!
Right in the middle of Allen outlet mall, it makes a great place to get a quick bite between shopping.
The pizzas and other menu items are baked fresh and continuously. So the service is super quick as the items are served right away/ with a quick reheating.
At $5/ slice it may seem a bit expensive for the set up, but the pizza itself tastes really good as did the veg Stromboli!!

One of the best places to grab food at Allen. The staff were extremely nice, and we got some really cheesy and delicious (not to mention HUGE) slices of pizza. Highly recommend the cheese and spinach calzones, and their cheese pizza.
