I ordered an 8 piece bone in wings and my son ordered the boneless and curpy fries. The food was hot and crispy. My food was ready to pick up 10 min after we ordered. The amount of food they gave us is a lot and that's so appreciated. The Fry sauce is so delicious but make sure you add an extra 2 or 3.

Wings were not cripsy, but were dry and tough. No regular bbq option, weird apple taste. Curly fries tasted old and were over cooked (seemed re-fried).

I really HATE to write bad reviews BUT, this is an exception!!Last Sunday 03/20/2022 we placed an order for over 30 wings at 6:30pm for pickup in Allen TX and was told the pickup time would be 7:03. I arrived at 7:10 pm allowing them a little extra time because it was Sunday evening. Upon arrival, I noticed there were NO parking spaces for the To-Go orders and also, after speaking with a guy in line was told that everyone had been there OVER AN HOUR!! I hoped for the best but, after several conversations with the manager about my order, at approx., 8:40pm I was handed a bag and told ' We think this is yours'!!!! Needless to say, I was totally starving by now and had work in the morning, I took the bag of hoping for at least something CLOSE to what we had ordered!! NO SUCH LUCK, only 8 of the wings out of 34 wings was correct and they even forgot the 11 free wings which left us short of food!! Look nimrods, ALL I EXPECT TO GET WHEN I ORDER SOMETHING IS WHAT I PAID FOR AND IN THIS CASE, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, BY A LONG SHOT. From the reviews here, it looks like this location for one has a huge area of opportunity for improvement but that will have to be without me as, I will never go there again anytime this year!! So, You Stole My Money because you did not give me what I paid for, the service was TOTALLY unacceptable and you have the nerve to advertise on TV every 30min how Great your company is, REALLY!!!! Wing Stop Here I Come!!

The smoked wings are really really good! I’d give them a definite 4.5. The thing that kills it for me is their fried pies. They would get a 1/2 star. The crust is way to thick and leaves a greasy taste in your mouth. Nor is there any sweetness in the dough. The filling isn’t much better what there was of it. They need to roll the dough out a lot thinner and take the sugar crystals off the top. It does nothing to help the pie. It is definitely a must skip on their menu. The boneless wings are crusted chicken nuggets. Like the kind you get from Sam’s club or Costco. The actual bone in wings themselves were really good. Appropriate size for a wing, none of that skinny chicken chicken skipped gym day wings! The smoked ones were by far our favorite. Those things are slap your hand from my plate good.
Was missing a few items like Ranch Straws & Napkins.Other then that I Highly Recommend family loved the wings!

Not bad for the price, just off tasting flavors. Garlic Parmesan does not taste like what you would think. And the Apple bbq wings taste like apple pie not a sweet bqq.

Not an actual location. These are just wings from Chilis and there is no actual storefront for you to order. There is no option for dine-in, and no reason for this to show up on google maps as a location.
