This was one of the WORST experiences I've ever had at this location. I've visited this place many times throughout the years and have NEVER been treated this way. I ordered 2 breakfast combos and the drinks are supposed to be a regular or medium size drinks. Today they gave me a small size while charging me .60 cents extra per drink. Why am I paying extra for a drink that's a size for a kid?! Don't bother calling them or the corporate number because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Never going back to this location the service was poor as trash. I asked the young girl what's going on with the drink size she tells me oh they changed and I'm like to myself....umm no they didn't stop lying! You're being a racist at this point because everyone else after me and before me were receiving a regular size drink. So I go back in to talk to a supervisor or manager. The same girl lies and says oh she's not here. She lied AGAIN! I kept asking for the supervisor because every shift has one. So finally she calls up the supervisor that was sitting in a corner talking and she's just as bad. Mind you they're all Hispanic and I'm black. She walks up doesn't acknowledge me doesn't apologize for the mix up no customer contact. Mind you I'm being polite and nice I smile and spoke and asked how she was doing no response. She asks the girl that served me at the window IN SPANISH what happened but never asked me what happened or what she told me. Then she just gives me the right size cups and said here here. They should've did that at the drive through window instead of lying. I kept my cool and was very polite and kind to them regardless of how they treated me. It's sad you can't even go get food to eat without being mistreated. Jack in the box this needs to me handled they were very unprofessional. If they treat me like this with the drinks I don't know if the food is safe enough to eat! I get home and check the food and the tacos look like someone threw it up WHAT IS THIS!!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!! Total waste of money. Do better please!!!!

I would never go here again. I wouldn’t care because it’s fast food, as well as Yes I understand you are busy around breakfast time… but don’t stare at people and not come take my order when you where literally sitting at the cash register…. Helping someone clock in and both of yall stared at me then walked to the back… and continued to peak around the corner staring at me… I wouldn’t even spend a $1 here, personally I will never go to jack in the box again because of this.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. I was there today, 3/5/25 @5:18pm, order 1153. Carla G is listed on my receipt. From the drive thru, no greeting. “Whats your order.” Had to repeat order of 3 things 3x to get it right. At the window, “dollar amount”. I said Hello. She smirked and said hi, repeated dollar amount. Gave me my card and receipt. Shut window. Food bag given, no words, shut window almost, i asked for taco sauce, gave me a few, i said thank you to no reply, shut window. I checked food bag, one of three things missing, waited at window for a few. Another girl opened window and stared at me without words, I said I was missing this, shut window without replying. Opened window and handed me missing item, shut window without words. WTH happened to speaking? Customer service? I felt like I was infringing on their personal time and felt like such an inconvenience. I will never stop at this particular store again. I’m not expecting CFA service everywhere i go, but at least more than whatever that horrible experience was.

I don't ever post reviews, because honestly who cares, especially since its fast food.. but this is a special case. The kids working there this evening are comically incompetent, extremely rude, and can't keep track of the simplest order. Step up your hiring game Jack. Definitely not coming back.

What an absolute joke. I got the $4 waffle fries that have nine waffles and a little bit of stuff on them. The churros are greasy and overcooked. They also wanted to charge $2.79 for a large ice water. I used to love the food and it was reasonable. I can eat at sir down for this price and the food is junk. They've jumped the shark at Jack in the box. This doesn't work.

Usually, I'm all in for the fast food industry, and I root for them, but I can't do it here. First, the chicken nuggets were burnt, and when I asked for another batch, they gave me some from the same one. Not only that, but the guy placed them on the tray directly, and there was no box in sight. He also did not have any gloves on. I also ordered a combo with the first batch of nuggets, but I was not given the fries. The chicken tasted weird, and if I can make any guesses, the oil hasn't been changed in a while.
Another tiny detail, our cashier was rude. I didn't have the strength to fight with her about it, so I let it be, but customer service is not great.
Of course, this could be a different story another day, so if you'd like to go, go ahead and be the judge.
Order completely wrong. Gave dasher wrong order. Not even remotely what I ordered. Somehow, an entire team of people didn't notice the difference between an order for a family and an order for 1.

I don’t want to bash the crew at this location but someone has got to learn English or dedicate themselves to understanding people instead of just sending anything out the window to the customer. There were Cold fries, burgers that were missing cheese. Plain cheeseburgers with everything on them not to mention they had me pull around to wait for something I ended up coming in twice. I want MY money back!😩😩😩

The manager was nice but i do not recommend this place or others like it. While waiting on my order, I witnessed a staff member handling her phone either texting or on social media while wearing the same gloves that she used to handle food and return to handling food afterwards with the same gloves. She essentially contaminated food with bacteria/germs and can cause people to catch diseases. Unfortunately every time i go to a restaurant with majority hispanic workers they tend to have such unsanitary behaviors and this is my final straw with this demographic of restaurants. Its not ok to pick up items on the ground and return to making food without hand washing. Stuff like that. Its absolutely disgusting and they need to learn sanitation
