Like the food but literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order the freaking FRENCH TOAST STICKS, they ALWAYS forget to provide me with some damn SYRUP with my order. Like French toasts sticks with literally no syrup??? Every single time?? What’s wrong with yall like it’s so irritating how hard is it to remember to include the freaking little thing of syrup with my FRENCH TOAST STICKS? Jesus. I swear it’s like purposely not included for me or something even when i also SPECIFICALLY request for it too like what the hell
also they almost always also forget to give me damn utensils every time i order the chocolate cake like yall what the hell why is this location so incompetent like so disappointing every single time.

the person who took our order was rush me and my 6 kids because supposedly we were “taking up too much time in the drive through” even though there was nobody behind us in line and it was 4 in the morning. the manager then told us to come back around after me repeatedly to him that i need more time politely. we then pulled up and went to the window and he came up to us and i said how that was rude and he said “oh” and frowned in the most sarcastic way. i then said again how that was rude and how he wouldn’t understand and he made another sarcastic remark saying “oh i guess i wouldn’t”. the service was horrible and honestly this should be reported. because no one deserves to be treated like that especially if u have 6 kids and are trying to figure out the order.

You usually don’t expect much from fast food chains but my experience was great. My order was accurate and prepared nicely.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. The lady asked what I order. Can you bring me a smaller three that I was supposed to get told me to pull around the front and wait for my sister my food only half of it I pull around. I told him I wanna respond The lineup for seven minutes to give me a refund. Then Mike took this counter out of $.65 for my refund. Not a lot of money it’s now principle!!

My order was number 4052, on 05/19/2025 at 03:12 PM, and I ordered the 3 French toast and sausage Combo. I did not receive my French toast sticks but in it's place I received bacon.
