Like the food but literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order the freaking FRENCH TOAST STICKS, they ALWAYS forget to provide me with some damn SYRUP with my order. Like French toasts sticks with literally no syrup??? Every single time?? What’s wrong with yall like it’s so irritating how hard is it to remember to include the freaking little thing of syrup with my FRENCH TOAST STICKS? Jesus. I swear it’s like purposely not included for me or something even when i also SPECIFICALLY request for it too like what the hell
also they almost always also forget to give me damn utensils every time i order the chocolate cake like yall what the hell why is this location so incompetent like so disappointing every single time.

the person who took our order was rush me and my 6 kids because supposedly we were “taking up too much time in the drive through” even though there was nobody behind us in line and it was 4 in the morning. the manager then told us to come back around after me repeatedly to him that i need more time politely. we then pulled up and went to the window and he came up to us and i said how that was rude and he said “oh” and frowned in the most sarcastic way. i then said again how that was rude and how he wouldn’t understand and he made another sarcastic remark saying “oh i guess i wouldn’t”. the service was horrible and honestly this should be reported. because no one deserves to be treated like that especially if u have 6 kids and are trying to figure out the order.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The lady asked what I order. Can you bring me a smaller three that I was supposed to get told me to pull around the front and wait for my sister my food only half of it I pull around. I told him I wanna respond The lineup for seven minutes to give me a refund. Then Mike took this counter out of $.65 for my refund. Not a lot of money it’s now principle!!

My order was number 4052, on 05/19/2025 at 03:12 PM, and I ordered the 3 French toast and sausage Combo. I did not receive my French toast sticks but in it's place I received bacon.
Bathrooms are disgusting and the service was absolutely horrible. Very rude workers.

This was one of the WORST experiences I've ever had at this location. I've visited this place many times throughout the years and have NEVER been treated this way. I ordered 2 breakfast combos and the drinks are supposed to be a regular or medium size drinks. Today they gave me a small size while charging me .60 cents extra per drink. Why am I paying extra for a drink that's a size for a kid?! Don't bother calling them or the corporate number because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Never going back to this location the service was poor as trash. I asked the young girl what's going on with the drink size she tells me oh they changed and I'm like to myself....umm no they didn't stop lying! You're being a racist at this point because everyone else after me and before me were receiving a regular size drink. So I go back in to talk to a supervisor or manager. The same girl lies and says oh she's not here. She lied AGAIN! I kept asking for the supervisor because every shift has one. So finally she calls up the supervisor that was sitting in a corner talking and she's just as bad. Mind you they're all Hispanic and I'm black. She walks up doesn't acknowledge me doesn't apologize for the mix up no customer contact. Mind you I'm being polite and nice I smile and spoke and asked how she was doing no response. She asks the girl that served me at the window IN SPANISH what happened but never asked me what happened or what she told me. Then she just gives me the right size cups and said here here. They should've did that at the drive through window instead of lying. I kept my cool and was very polite and kind to them regardless of how they treated me. It's sad you can't even go get food to eat without being mistreated. Jack in the box this needs to me handled they were very unprofessional. If they treat me like this with the drinks I don't know if the food is safe enough to eat! I get home and check the food and the tacos look like someone threw it up WHAT IS THIS!!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!! Total waste of money. Do better please!!!!

I would never go here again. I wouldn’t care because it’s fast food, as well as Yes I understand you are busy around breakfast time… but don’t stare at people and not come take my order when you where literally sitting at the cash register…. Helping someone clock in and both of yall stared at me then walked to the back… and continued to peak around the corner staring at me… I wouldn’t even spend a $1 here, personally I will never go to jack in the box again because of this.
