Food was cold. Cashier does not listen order was totally wrong. Breakfast and lunch that I ordered in the slang. Cashier has a rude. Attitude The cook is not professional or no for a short order.Cook, you don't reward food and call that hot.You try to food out terrible dis place needs to be reported to the health department You can't even get ahold of a real person when you call the survey.They're just interested in there survey.We need to have real customer service

Service was fast and friendly. Thanks for the extra ketchup! I covered my food in it to help cover the rubber, crunchy taste. Maybe it sat out all nite and they threw it back in real quick so the customer burns their tongue and thinks it's fresh. Pack it up and send it to a third world country.

Came in to pick up a DD order around 2:30 a.m on 4/6/23 & there was a girl on the phone who was supposedly “working” the front with her back turned to me. When i walked up, she didnt greet nor even acknowledge my existence. The only thing she did do was roll her eyes & when i told her who the order was for. she never even turned to face me , just walked off & came back a few moments later with loose bags and just throws the plastic bags at me to bag myself? Even though DD orders are supposed to be packaged before i even got there .p.s Saving grace was a young man who stepped in & help me bag the food. Otherwise i would NEVER visit anyplace where the service was this SORRY ! Hopefully they get a new crew !

I like their taquitos, and the onion rings among other things, but what I didn't like was the cleanliness of the bathrooms, they didn't have hand soap or paper. They have to give more emphasis to cleanliness.

Over a year later since I first left a review nothing has changed. Still claim to be open 24hrs, sign says open. Go through the drive thru they either don't acknowledge you at all or tell you they are only doing door dash orders.Location says 24hrs an always has a open sign on but most early mornings you will be told they are closed? This has happened many times.

Worst Customer Service experience! They are so Rude! I don't understand why they can't hire nice, welcoming people.They talk to you like they don't want you to be there! And their prices are not cheap. Rather go to McDonald's.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Breakfast Jack with no pork. Waited in line for a crazy amount of time and then when I got the order, there was ham on the sandwich. I asked the lady in the drive thru (Paola- I think is how you spell her name) to remake the order as I cannot eat pork. At first she said they were too busy to remake the order and said “can you not just take it off yourself?” When I said no, she took our sandwiches back and within seconds she came back with breakfast jacks without the ham. When I asked if they just removed the ham instead of remaking the order, she said “no we actually had extras.” When I questioned her again, she broke and admitted to just removing the pork and continued to say they were too busy to remake the order and the only way they would remake it is if we waited inside. We eventually agreed, but then had to wait a very long time inside for the remake. I wouldn’t be making this review if it was just an improper order, but I do have an issue with the dishonesty. When people cannot eat certain things due to religious reasons and/or allergies, I do not think it is right to lie to the customer about it.

I will never in my life come back to this location again. I am visiting from Canada and the customer service is 100% horrible. Not only do they have me waiting like an idiot without refreshing me and letting me know that my order is being placed, she also gave me drinks and did not give me a straw, handed me my bags like I should not have been at her establishment in the first place, took my card and told me that it was declined three times and I had to educate her on how to insert my chip. Once I inserted the chip on my own and it said approved on the screen I showed it to her and she just took the device out of my hand and said nothing to me. Awful customer service. I am a patron, I deserve a little bit more respect than just being spoken to like a dog on the sidewalk. Awful awful awful!! Do not ever purchase food from this location. You're better off staying at home and cooking yourself. At least you can run to your bedroom mirror and greet your own self with a smile because you will not get it here. Once again, do not eat here! Awful customer service. Horrible.
