So I ordered a large ice coffee and I got a medium one. So when I brought it to them all they did was give me another cup filled it up with ice.... pretty disappointing.....

I went through the drive-thru and was told they only take online orders. My phone was dead, so I asked if I could just place my order in person, and they just kept repeating the same thing “we only do online orders.” No attempt to help or offer a solution, just rude and dismissive.
