I went through the drive-thru and was told they only take online orders. My phone was dead, so I asked if I could just place my order in person, and they just kept repeating the same thing “we only do online orders.” No attempt to help or offer a solution, just rude and dismissive.

We enjoy dining-in experience, but this occasion the restaurant was extremely warm inside; nearly unbearable.
