Highly Recommend! Got my usual açaí bowl and I was shocked at how quickly they had it ready! The staff was polite and helpful. I typically go to the Plano location, but this will be my new spot! They also have a rewards program.. totally worth it! I got $3.00 off my bowl!

I just got a carrot and orange twist, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The taste was off-putting, reminiscent of spoiled produce, making it almost unbearable. It's disheartening that the quality of the juice seemed so compromised. Upon contacting the store to address my concerns, I was met with a disappointing response as they claimed there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. This experience has left me hesitant to purchase from this store again, and I hope others are spared from such an unpleasant tasting product.I’ve had this drink lot of times before but this was my first and worst experience, this is a serious issue and would like to bring this up to the corporate!!

I wanted a special I saw advertised and was told it's only available through the app. Then the nice cashier came to my car as I was installing the app and said they could honor it through the window. God bless y'all in Jesus name ?

I went to Jamba Juice at 5pm. The store is supposed to be open until 7:30. Instead, there was a big lock around the doors. There were no signs of a new schedule on the door, and it still said they closed at 7:30. Nothing is posted about a holiday schedule, or them being closed today. My family drove 30 minutes to get Jamba, only to find your store closed. Merry Christmas!

I love the drive thru concept. The college kids that work there really act clueless and some are rude. I'm ordering my drink, I get interrupted by the young woman telling me "oh did you say that was all" Ma'am, I didn't say anything but hold on.. I get to the window, I get my order and I can't taste the protein (I'm a frequent customer but at other locations) I then ask for mustard. The boy looked at me clueless as to what mustard is and then tells me no we don't have that. He didn't even know what it was 3 seconds ago. Seriously? Please hire college kids who are trained well and knowledgeable.

The fruit juices and smoothies here are to my taste, and very fresh. So I don't think you can go wrong here. You will spend a little money, but will feel better after you leave.

I wanted to give 1 star due to several inaccuracies with the hours and difficulties ordering but the manager working was really really friendly and I saw her working with her team to help knock out closing and realized it’s not her fault. The staff was sweet. Hours need updated on Yelp and your app because I couldn’t order and was trying to avoid spreading germs. I’d give the customer service 10 stars if I could.
