So simple, yet so delicious, so satisfying. The atmosphere is so calm. The staff are so nice. I love the historical look to it.

Seeham their employee is way inappropriate laughing saying things to me like you are so sexy or you are so rich. So after months of ordering kid's potato getting a whole potato it came out cut in half. Seeham had rang me up wrong so.by the time I took it back and she was laughing I was not happy. Days before I had told Derek the shift lead that I had thought Nicholas had harassed us cutting our potatoes in half. He had not said if the potatoes are big for kid's potato we take a portion out. Instead he had said we have had many complaints on Nicholas and he has quit the job. Seeham does the same thing at lamadeline. I wrote it off as different culture. I asked for Derek last night so I left and came home and called him and he said if we order kid's potatoes there is an upcharge and if the potato is big it gets cut and that he should have told me when I had told him I was harassed by Nicholas cutting our potatoes in half. Last night on the phone he also said I was rude to his employees and someone wanted to register a complaint against me. Last night at the restaurant I googled does the kid's potatoes get cut in half at Jason's deli and it said no it comes in full and large. I went to seeham and had her read it. Then I tried to get omar and the girl at the end of the line to read it. Then I told Maria to not cut my potato in half. There is a culture of bullying and harassment in what happened which shows the management and the staff are not respectful. Therefore will not prepare food right either. I tried to report this to Noah the general manager this morning and he accused me of calling him stupid when I had called him incompetent pushing me to say ok you are stupid. The corporate girl was worse refusing to give me her name who put another girl on the phone who refused to give me her name as well. And hung up saying we have all the information we need. I am asking you not to support this business. In less than 24 hours I have been harassed by so many of them. Failing me as a customer. Put them under and don't support them.

Jason’s deli will always be one of my favs. This go around there was a strong bleach smell by the salad bar and drink station and the ranch tasted a little funny.

I had hands down one of the best customer service experiences i’ve ever had in my life with one of their employees last week, I believe her name was Molly. She was very sweet and accommodating, and super patient in answering all of my stupid questions. There was no line, and she took the time to make my experience perfect by striking up a conversation. In all honesty, I was having a pretty bad day but she just made it so much better by talking to me so sweetly. Food was pretty good, and by the looks of it it was a pretty slow day possibly due to the rain, but she made my day so special and I will definitely be returning. If not for the food, for the great employees. I hope she knows how great and special she made me feel that day, and I will be returning just because of that great experience.

Good Sante Fey Chicken sandwich (a little gristly but well seasoned and tasty). Has the free ice cream and refills still which is very nice. Good employees and a nice atmosphere.

The salad bar was observed with a customer refilling a used bowl. My observations saw him using common serving utensils and making contact with his used bowl; uck! Another patron was taking a couple pieces of bread using tongs which were delivering the bread to her open hand. The tongs were touching her hand, I think. The salad bar is great but needs policing.

I was visiting in Allen and I got the California Club and fruit. The sandwich had a ton of mayo on it which made the croissant soggy and the fruit tasted overripe. The white stuff on top of the bread in the photo is where the mayo is bulging out of the bread.

Frustrating Experience with Gift Card Incentive - I purchased $200 worth of gift cards from Jason's Deli with the advertised incentive of $20 being added to my account. It’s now been four weeks, and despite trying every week to use this reward, I’ve been told repeatedly that “the system is down.”
This has been incredibly disappointing. I made this purchase specifically because of the incentive, and to this day, I have not been able to access or use the $20 reward. If the system cannot support the promotion, it should not be offered in the first place.
I expected better customer service and reliability from Jason's Deli. Please resolve this issue or provide an alternative solution. Customers should not be left without support after spending their money in good faith.
