First time using this location since we moved near it - order 2 meals girl behind counter never mentioned entering phone number for rewards then when asked she already cashed out order said it was too late but said I could enter code on receipt if I download the app but never gave me receipt - so had to go back and ask for receipt - no napkins no bag just handed wrapped sandwiches - attention to deal is key to good customer service - we will go back to Plano location where we never had a problem with food or service I suppose

Came in around 7pm on Friday January 5th. There were three guys working. One was so blown out of his mind high on meth I couldn't believe it. Maybe the owners don't realize it. But it was honestly shocking to see. Bread was so old and hard. My friend and I took our sandwiches to go and both of us were super disappointed. Won't be going back to this location.

The last two times that I have been to this location the sub rolls have not been fresh. Both visits were take out orders so it wasn’t noticed until I got home. In both cases the rolls were crunchy and not soft as they should be if they were fresh baked rolls. I sense that I got sub rolls that were left over from the previous evening as I picked up the sandwiches around 11:00 - 11:15 AM each time. It’s kind of disappointing to pay the prices charged and have to eat the sub open face style because how of stale/crunchy the rolls are.

You could tell when we walked in they did not really want to help us. But the dude did come take our orders and while they seemed annoyed that we actually wanted toppings they did make our orders correctly. Food was as expected. I will say they got busy while we were eating and their attitudes did seem to get better, so they might have been annoyed we interrupted their break. But I still shouldn't feel like I am an inconvenience as a customer.

I have visited this location a few times, but my last two visits have not been great. The turkey subs on my last two visits have not been up to their usual standards. There was very little turkey on the subs on my last two visits. Only one layer of turkey. For the price I paid, I expected to receive more turkey. I also ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and they managed to leave off the cheese. I will switch from Jersey Mikes to Jimmy John's.

This is one of the best Jersey Mike’s Subs locations in Texas!!!! They always make the subs perfect with exact amount of everything you need/want & always FRESH!! My favorite is the #13 Italian Giant on white.Red is a great manager up there & Jersey Mikes is lucky to have him!! I will continue going to this location FOREVER!!!! 5 Star rating & if you want an Amazing sub with great staff/super clean location this is the spot!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a regular sub on Uber eats, but they accidentally made a Giant. When I opened my bag, I was shocked at how big it was, and then I saw a note on the bag saying they won’t charge me. This is very nice and HONEST of you guys! I am definitely going to order and come in the store more often after this.

I finally got around to trying to viral TikTok sandwich. It's the #7 (Turkey and Provolone) sandwich, Mike's Way - which includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, salt, pepper, and oregano. I went with the Rosemary Parmesan Bread instead of the house bread and requested the cherry pepper relish on the side. You simply cannot go wrong with the turkey and provolone combination, but with all the added fixings, it made for a really rock solid sandwich. Definitely get the Rosemary Parmesan Bread! The only thing I would change to the viral #7 would be to add pickles. I forgot to request for pickles, so that's not anyone's fault but my own! In addition, The staff at this location are all very friendly, and they all work as a team. I think their patience and eagerness to help made my first Jersey Mike's experience very favorable!

Walked into this place at 8:25 pm and they don't close till 9pm. As soon as we pulled up the manager looked out the window at us and started shaking his head in a way like he was mad we were there. We walked in because they are suppose to be open for another half hour. The lobby had all their chairs on the table and you can tell they were getting ready to start cleaning up the food but it was all still out. We were planning on getting a sandwich to go. The manager stood behind the counter and kept shaking his head and was heavy signing and was super annoyed we were there. So my husband simply said "Your customer service skills suck" and we walked out. Will never go back to this location ever again.
